We had reservations as part of a group of 20 on a weeknight. Our tables were all set & the helpful, polite waitstaff were expecting us.Since the restaurant is BYOB there was no problem getting set-ups for those who needed them. Our orders were taken efficiently (we each ordered from the menu),& they got everything right the first time. The food, which was delicious, arrived hot (or chilled ) in a very timely manner & no request (not many) were gladly fulfilled. The baskets of warm bread + hot garlic bread were brought as soon as we sat down. Extensive menu offers something for every taste. And it's all made fresh. My grilled chicken with porcini mushrooms over parpadelle in a light cream sauce was amazing. My husband's Veal Michaelangelo was equally appealing...sauteed veal with jumbo shrimp topped with crabmeat. They even changed the sauce (no problem) to scampi for him due to a dietary need. Soup & salad were included with our entrees.Appetizers were in the $8-10 range, but generous. We ordered broccoli rabe to augment our entrees as I did with the sauteed mushrooms & shared. During the school year, the owner offers a lunchtime hot buffet with extensive salad bar. In Mid June, he discontinues the hot buffet until September, but the salad bar is on-going. They also do a pizza/take-out business. This was our first visit, but we plan to return for the salad bar in the bear future as well as again for dinner on another occasion. The desserts, while somewhat limited, are yummy. My only observation is that the chairs are hard wood seats & become very uncomfortable after a time. so, bring your own padding if you like. :-)
We love Angelo's. We first had their pizza at a friend's house, and Angelo's has been our go-to place for pizza ever since. We have also had their pizza steaks and strombolis, also excellent. Service is always friendly. This place is better suited for taking out, because there are only a couple of tables, and it is usually hot inside due to the pizza ovens.
A typical neighborhood sandwich shop with a good selection of sandwiches and sides, plus Panzarroti. The food is available for eat in or takeout. Itâs not fine dining, but if your looking for a sandwich and a side plus a drink itâs good. Parking is a little limited. But the service is sloooow. When you finally get someone to take your order, especially for Panzarroti, it seems to take forever. Itâs almost like everyone is just learning how to make what they serve. The Panzarroti are great but watching the slow process of them go from freezer to fryer to plate is agonizing. Iâd suggest calling ahead if itâs for takeout so you can avoid that.

We stopped into the Toscana Pizzeria after having driven past it many times over the years. We ordered a large pizza. I believe it was the old-timer owner who made our pizza from fresh dough as we waited and maybe it was his gorgeous grand-daughter who takes care of the register. Our pizza was done very quickly and it was pretty good. We like to frequent the few remaining mom and pop type establishments as much as we can. This place had that type of atmosphere. Give them a try.

And you can bring your own beer/wine. Terrific food, very nice staff. GF available. This place is a âgo to pizzeria â for the locals . Crusts are great, toppings fresh and tasty.

Highly recommend this old style local pizzeria. Been coming here for YEARS. Just a great little place, probably needs some updating but it would probably lose its charm. Everything on the menu is delicious, hot and fresh. Things move so fast behind that counter, the cooks, the counter girls are always moving and hustling around. The line is out the door on any given weekend night to order and pickup. You won't be disappointed in anything you order, I never have been.

My business is close to this restaurant and I would usually treat myself to take out once or twice a week from this restaurant, however, the service has been dramatically getting poorer. Three times, my order not only wasn't ready, it wasn't even started. I've also stood there ignored several times lately while they sat people or helped other take out people that have come in after me. I might not mind so much if there were apologies made, but I guess they don't do that. Food isn't that cheap compared to a sandwich or something else, but I was willing to pay for a good meal, but as it was a working meal, and I work for myself, spending an extra 15-20 minutes waiting for food there costs me money. Will not return.Hello Jim, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received at Tutti Toscani. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experiences and particular concerns in more detail. If you could please email us at [email protected] so we can gain additional insight which will help us improve. Thank you for your time.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner before picking our daughter up at the airport. The food was every bit as good as it was decades ago when I lived in the neighborhood. Fabulous homemade meatballs and a delicious Italian chopped salad. We will definitely make a point of returning as often as we can.

I believe there is a new owner. I guess Ralph sold the business. Unfortunately, the new owner must be scaling down expenses because there is a major drop in quality. The last two times I've gotten pizza from there have been very disappointing. Crust tasted borderline stale. Cheese and sauce were bland. Maybe the new owner thinks he can get by on reputation and location but in a small town that will backfire quickly. Especially with Sal's around the corner on Kings Hwy and 9th. Plus you can get a 14" at Sal's which you can't get at Ralph's. Let me know when Ralph's is sold again to someone who restores the high quality that Ralph consistently delivered for decades.

A favorite of one of the family, our large family went Saturday, and it was excellent!Their Brunoâs special eggplant is the best stuffed eggplant Iâve tasted, in any Italian restaurant. Pure perfect. Veal, excellent! Every dish, flavorful, prepared just right. And toasted garlic bread, delicious! Perfect.Fresh salads, excellent service! The type of Italian that reminds you of your motherâs! Go, enjoy!
