Took my family to this place after our movie and thought we could get in and eat pretty quickly...nope. We waited at the door...was a line...not sure what the hold up was. This was around 2pm. Got to the cashier and it seems things are kind of hectic. I heard one of them say we are waiting on plates and cups to be washed. As we got our salad, one of the male workers brought out plates and pretty much slammed them on the counter next to the pizza. And then he restacked them in the same way.....very loud and his facial expression led me to believe he wasn't happy. After we got our food and sat down, they brought cups up to the front. There was some sort of soap ring in mine but I've had worse. I also felt that the place as a whole could have been cleaner. Pizza was ok, salad was salad....but just the feeling I got was uncomfortable. I even had to wipe my fork off. Come on Cici's, clean it up a little and tell your employees to cheer up. One other suggestion....put trash cans out so customers can clean up after themselves. This might relieve some of the staff from having to take shortcuts on food prep to washing dishes instead of rushing out to clean 4 or 5 tables. Or maybe purchase more plates and cups? Would not recommend at all. 2 stars because the pizza was ok.

We were on a fairly tight schedule, with kid's after school activities and sports, so we made a phone order for a 'pizza box' which comes with pizza, breadsticks, etc. which is pretty standard. We told them that we needed it at a specific time that afternoon. When we arrived, the order was there (on paper) but they hadn't even started to make it. Was going to be another 20 minutes or so. Frustrated and disgusted, we said "forget it" and drove away from the pickup window. Pizza Hut's pizza is fairly good, but the service and this location is horrible. We live locally but won't be back.

We have been to Tavi's twice now and both times the food has been really delicious! The salad and rolls are just okay and simple but the entrees are great and priced reasonably. The service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Last night when we ate there we waited 45 minutes for our food. Our ticket was not to be found so I blame the server. He really didn't seem to care at all. Gave us the obligatory sorry. If they had better service and friendlier workers, this would be a great place. Atmosphere is lacking but again, the food is great. Much better than Olive Garden!

We've been coming here for a while now and are continuously impressed with the service and tasty food. The hand battered Onion Rings are not to be missed! BnR Country is a great place to get your grub on.
