Reviews on Pizza food in Gubbio, Province of Perugia, Italy. Gubbio’s history pre-dates the Roman Empire to when it was, as Ikuvium, a major town for the ancient Umbrians. Now a city of 30,000, Gubbio has historical attractions spanning many periods. The 14th-century Palazzo dei Consoli houses Umbria’s largest collection of Roman artifacts. Gubbio’s most important date is May 15. Every year for centuries on that day, the Corsa dei Ceri has taken place: Three teams of twenty, each carrying three large wooden statues, race through the streets.

We have been there with friends for dinner and dance. My advice: skip the dinner and go dance. Chicken was very spicy, very salty, and not cooked enough. Potatoes for garnish were two (!) and had a sweet taste. So i am disappointed.

Just steps away from Piazza Grande it is a characteristic tavern replicating the middle age The owner was very kind and so was the girl who served us. We had excellent pasta, vegetables, porcini and very good pizza. Lovely semifreddo al pistacchio and tiramisù scomposto all to savour . Prices? Extremely reasonable.

We went here for a simple pizza meal and had a fantastic night. The pizza was stunning as were the three bottles of wine we had! The service was also simply brilliant with a very friendly attentive waitress. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Ristorante pizzeria nel centro di Gubbio. Tutto il menù disponibile interamente anche in versione senza glutine!
when I enter a restaurant with an Amex sticker on the door I do not expect to be told by the manager that we cannot do it. He says all other cards will work but not Amex. This line has been played on me before and it is all a con. I asked him to remove the Amex sticker and he just got angrier and nasty.Well we we also charged for Coperto and we never received bread like other tables. My wife enjoyed her tagliatelle but my pasta meal was a little flight and average at best.On a public holiday this place was quite full. I certainly would never return, particularly with the negativity experienced on paying the bill.

Thsi little gem is a wonderful 2015 addition to the many Italian restaurants in Eastbourne, as the food is freshly fantastic, the prices fair, and the service very warm and welcoming.we've just been fo rour fifth visit, and once again they completely failed to disappoint us! The squid rings were perfect, the pizza light and joyfully simple.

This restaurant is located right by the Bargello Palace and the famous fountain which is reputed to send people mad. Fairly informal, having a running joke with the young waiter, my Italian and his English both poor but goodwill gets you through. Some good wine options at reasonable prices, try the local Gubbio wine. Good pasta dishes though the serves are small, excellent pizza.

Our Italian hosts tools us here, probably because of the ambiance rather than the exceptional food. The food was still very good (pizza and anti pasti) and the service very good. Overall a very good experience but if Seeking a culinary experience look elsewhere

The restaurant is not in the city center, but it is easy to reach it if you move by car. It is made by one big room, elegant but noisy, especially during the week end. So this is not the top in mind choice if you are looking for a romantic dinner! but it is very good if you are among friends. In the week end the restaurant is very often full, so it's much better a reservation, in order to avoid to wait a lot before having a table. The service is perfect. Furthermore the owner or his son come often to your table, asking you if everything is ok.My suggestion is to try pizza or meat. The pizza is made in a special way, very thin, I loved it. Meat, especially grilled, is so tender that can melt in your mouth, and the quantity in your dish is really huge! You can select also among a wide range of wines or beers. The son of the owner is a sommelier and can suggest you the right one, in according to your taste and the food you took. Definitively a place I recommend

I've been to the establishment once or twice, but had the pizza in someone's home. Good softish crust (not cracker crunchy, but not too thick/bready, either), with good sauce and a range of toppings (including wurstel, or what North Americans may recognize as hot dogs - but a better quality of hot dog). It's well worth a stop.
