We have eaten here before with no issues. Not this time.We visited on 15 March. We had arrived at 6pm and we sat promptly. By 625 we had our order in. Our food arrived at 7:20. Almost 1 hour later. Our waitress never apologized for our food being late, the owner was talking with a table of friends next to us for about 25 minutes (we timed it). She never noticed our long wait. A table behind us and 2 tables in front of us: both sat down after we did and we served after before us. We had eggplant cutlets with lemon: over done. We asked for a side of marinara sauce and told we had to pay?!? Why? Very disappointing.Hi, how. I'm sorry for your disappointment. I'm not sure if you meant march 16th, because March 15th we were not backed up in the kitchen. If i can remeber correctly you had a reservation on Friday in which you were 20 minutes late for and we held your table even though we were on a 40 minute wait. We did get backed up in the kitchen because we were extremely busy. Never once did you complain to your server (the owner that you referred to) about your eggplant. You were also never charged for the marinara sauce that you said you were. The "owner talking to the table " weren't her friends but a table of guest she was taking care of as well as yourself. Never once did you say you were on a time crunch or else we could've expedited your food. At the end you got real mean to my employees, when we were just trying to get all of our guest fed and served in a timely fashion on a busy Friday night!

We love their pizza. We get the thick style, cheese and pepperoni. We go there often and for us the pizzas are cooked to perfection. Not too oily. Plenty pf pepperonis. Great tasting pizza sauce. Nice thick pizza with plenty of crust around the edges.. When we pick it up to eat we do not like it when the pieces flops over as found at other places. Pontillo's is firm enough so that is does not do so.

had lunch, very long wait to be seated, although tables open needed to be cleaned and reset, once seated atmosphere is that of sitting in a store front of a strip mall, however, wait staff was excellent--very attentive to our needs and wants, food was just excellent soup which was wedding soup was very good, also ordered a french bread pizza which was heavenly

Brian Farmer, owner-operator, head chef continues to wow these pizza lovers. We've had it all over and none better than Mozzeroni's on W. Ridge. He had us try his breakfast pizza, while we waited for fish and chips another vegetarian pizza. The two pizzas were delicious and the best we've ever had, so add one more to our favorites list. The fish and chips were perfectly prepared and good as well. They've added wine and beer to the menu, a real plus for pizza eaters and Italian cooking, which they feature as well. Reasonable prices, and Brian is a pleasant, knowledgeable, anxious to please chef.

Had dinner on the patio outside. Was disappointed that smoking is allowed unless you complain to your server. Our server was awesome, but this makes it very uncomfortable for all. Why not just say "No Smoking on the premises!" I ordered pizza that was somewhat under cooked and soggy. Drinks were fine. I would give this place another try but choose the indoor seating unless you don't mind smoke while dining.

Visited from Toronto, and our hotel recommended this pizza place, and we were surprised at how good the pizza was. It was the best pizza we've ever had. And it was open late, as we ordered our pizza at 11pm. A little expensive, but worth the experience.

We get our pizza by pick up. The service is fast and accurate and on time. The pizza tastes great. We use either the coupons or the special deals that they have. It makes for a reasonable price. No problem with parking as it is in a plaza.

a definite family-friendly restaurant. fresh baked rolls. wide menu selection. I had the large fish fry tonight. the cole slaw was good. I opted out of the fries for a side salad. the fish was perfect-served hot, flaky white meat - well worth the price. this one of our favorite spots for a good meal at reasonable price. the counter staff is friendly. the owner is usually on-premise. This place gets busy during school days and summer weekends.

The Pizza is good but not out standing. I compare four other pizza placese to this one and they all on the same level. on an up note phone orders are ready when pickup time was quoted. the counter person's are polite, pleasent and effecent. Parking a bit tight but not inconvient

I hadn't been in this Wegmans Marketplace cafe before, but it was well-stocked and carried the usual array of prepared food for a Wegmans. I got some bagels for breakfast, but also took out some Kung Pao Chicken with lo mein noodles. I would have rather it was a bit more spicy, but it still had Wegmans quality cooked in, which is a good thing. The entire restaurant (that part of the supermarket) was very clean and attractive. I liked the place, even though it is not "my Wegmans." I'd still give it high marks.
