Reviews on Pizza food in Gambrills, Maryland, United States. Gambrills refers to two neighboring places in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, in the Baltimore metro area: the unincorporated community of Gambrills, and the Gambrills census-designated place (CDP). The original community of Gambrills is now part of the Odenton CDP, while the Gambrills CDP lies to the northeast of the original community. The area was named for Augustine Gambrill, plantation owner. The population of the CDP was 2,800 at the 2010 census, up from 1,759 in 2000. Gambrills is served by MARC, the Maryland commuter rail service. There is a busy MARC station in the neighboring town of Odenton, with regular rail service to Baltimore and Washington, DC.

Ordered for delivery from Eat24. The delivery was ok about 45 minutes. Ordered the hot turkey sub, cheesesteak, waffle fries, spinach-feta triangles, and small thin crusted pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and mozzarella. My daughter did not care for the focacia bread and it definitely could have used more turkey. Identical with the cheesesteak - they both had more bread than meat or fixings. I agree with another reviewer that called it a bread sandwich. The waffle fries were not waffle fries and slightly greasy. Did not receive the triangles. I thought the pizza was decent but it didn't have already any pepperoni or mushrooms. In fact the one slice I tried did not have any pepperoni and 1 mushroom.
Little Ceasers had the best bread sticks around period end of story. Their pizza could be better but for $5 what do you expect. They have some pretty decent chicken wings also. The sauce is awesome but the wings are a little on the small side.

We order from here frequently and always enjoy it. Last night we shared a salad and a stromboli. It was a good meal as always, delivered on time, and just as ordered. My only "complaint" is that some of their delivery people have no personality, not friendly at all. But that's a pet peeve of mine - it doesn't take a lot of energy just to be friendly. Some people just don't get it.
Every Papa John's pizza that I've tried in this and other cities seems to be pretty much the same. Same menu, same taste, but I like that. If you have a favorite (or 2) pizza there, you can be assured of being able to get it no matter where you are.We have 2 we get every time - an original crust "The Works" which is always good, and a thin crust pepperoni, onions and green peppers which is always a favorite with everyone. This time we also tried the newer Spicy BBQ on original crust with spicy pork and bbq sauce and pepperjack cheese. Very good. It won't beat out our favorites, but it was good. Delivery is always timely and staff is nice.

We're always looking for better pizza over the larger, more common, pizza locations in the area. We received a coupon in the mail and decided to try Vocelli (take out). What a surprise! They were busy the evening we went but our order was received quickly and hot. Upon arriving home, the pizza was still hot and very good. It's very noticeable by taste which establishment you've ordered a pizza from. Vocelli's has a taste of it's own that is very delicious. The sauce does not taste 'canned' as some others do and crust was thoroughly cooked without being on the burned side. Pricing without coupons is in line with other area pizzerias but seems coupons are easily obtained. Definitely worth a try! See if it's your taste of pizza!

I personally think this is the best pizza in the area, but all of their food is excellent. Their Greek salad is wonderful. And I love that we can bring our own adult beverages if we eat in.

Went here for dinner with my dinner. We ordered the large Grotto signature antipasto salad which was excellent like always. I ordered the grotto junior pizza with pepperoni and it was very good and my daughter ordered the grotto junior pizza with black olives, spinach and red peppers and she also loved her pizza. Our waitress was friendly, efficient and checked on us frequently (which may or may not be unusual but they did not have very many customers on a Wednesday evening).

We are a family owned Italian and Ny style Pizzeria. We have been in business for over 19 years. We offer authentic Italian food, and Ny style pizza. We also cater all types of events and parties.
Located in a strip-mall setting, we just happened to spot this restaurant. It turned out to be a wonderful find. The food is excellent. The restaurant offers a daily "blackboard" special as well as an extensive menu. There were 6 adults and 4 pre-teen/teens in our party. We each ordered something diofferent and we each were very pleased with our individual choices. This is a casual setting, one that can be visited for a good meal after a sporting event, or after grocery shopping. Yet it can easily be a destination, chosen because it offers good food at reasonable prices. There is something for everyone on this restaurant's menu!Hi Mn,Thank you for your kind words. We are certainly happy that you stopped by and enjoyed your meals. We have been in business for 17 years and are always happy when new customers stop in to try us out! Hopefully we will see you again in the near future.

We eat here regularly. The staff are friendly and the pizza and salads are consistently very good. It is better at the restaurant than driving it home. But they were right on time with our order and we didn't have to wait at all. We definitely recommend Coal Fire for great pizza!!
