The last vacation day in Italy needs a great local meal to end your stay. We were filling up our rental car at a service station, and asked a young man on a scooter were the best local food was served. He insisted we follow him to the restaurant instead of getting directions. Wow! The restaurant was full of locals, we were in fact the only tourists. The food was excellent, great appetizers, fresh fish, restaurant made desserts. The food was prepared perfectly, the waitstaff friendly and patient. What a great last night meal.

Tried this restaurant on our last night during visit to Rome. After a week of eating delicious pastas and pizzas at other restaurants, felt like a change and asked if they served steak and were told 'Yes, the best'. Duly ordered 1 mussel starter for one member of party and steak and chips with 2 side order of salad mains for our party of 4. Mussel starter never appeared just the main meals. 3 of the steaks were gristly and tough and could only be cut with difficulty using steak knives. The 4th steak looked lovely but none of us could decide if it was actually beef as the taste was not like anything we had had before and it was smothered in rosemary and at least a tablespoon of salt. Not one of us managed to eat more than half of the 'meat/gristle' on our plates. We decided to leave at this point and the charge for the meal and small glass of beer, 1 bottle of water and 1 glass of wine â¬120. Should have complained at the time, and maybe it was our fault for going to a seaside restaurant and ordering meat and not fish, but they should not have offered steak if they couldn't provide anything edible.

Good big restaurant, best used for company get togethers, or to take a foreign group out of Rome to see the countryside.Nice homegrown veggies and homebred meats. Not much to say as for service. The restaurant is a little dark, although nicely decorated. All in all nothing spectacular.

We were told the kitchen wouldn't open for 30 minutes, which was not problem, we said we would sit and have a drink, ok we were told, sit at the white tables, I went to the mini mart next door and left my husband to order our drinks, when I returned 10 minutes later no one had been to see him, we went inside and got our drinks paid for them which were reasonably priced, the table that came after us were seated at the tables with cloths and cutlery and orders taken for drinks, its okay that they may have booked, but some courtesy would have been nice, can't recommend anything from this place and would not go back or recommend it to anyone, because the service was Bad

Family restaurant ambience with warm and friendly staff (noticed that almost all of the other customers were families with kids). Great pizza and pasta! Affordable too. Pleasantly surprised. Order the home made egg pasta with tomato and meat sauce - simple and delicious.

We ate here when staying at the nearby Mercure Hotel, 11 euros in a UBER and we were here. We were welcomed by a friendly waitress who seated us and gave us a menu. There is a huge selection of pizza's that varied form 6 to 8 Euros. The food was great quality and well presented, Lots of locals were eating here so we knew it must be good. 3 pizza's later and 1 bottle of wine consumed we headed back to our hotel.Worth a visit if you are in the area.

We had only a few hours in Rome in between flights and decided to venture into the port town only a 10 min drive from the airport to get real Italian pizza and this place did not disappoint! The owners work the place, so they really care and had great service and the best crust I have had!

Great pizza. We selected four different pizzas. Daniel patiently helped us choose. The pizzas were heated and delivered to our little table. We each had a beer which went well with the delicious pizza. Price was very reasonable. Would love to return. Thank you!
