We grabbed dinner here while attending a national conference just across the road. We have dined at other Grimaldi's over the years in Las Colinas, south of Denver, and elsewhere. The one here in Allen is right on par. Even on a busy summer night, we were seated immediately. Our sever, Jenny, was exceptional. There were some grand wine choices. We ordered a custom wood fired pie that was served to perfection. A real delight at a reasonable price!

Real New York Pizza. REAL Fast!
Ed, the owner comes from Brooklyn and has brought the NY pizza with him. The original Bricklyn Pizza was based in NY and was ranked as the top 8 of all pizzerias in Long Island.Ranking aside, the pizza is really one of the most delicious I've ever had. Clearly not the Italian approach to pizza, but the recipe works great, and the food tastes like a treat.the atmosphere is very casual; in fact I stopped there just because I was in the neighbourhood. But I'm glad I did. The music is fun, the place was not crowded, the service is quick. And the staff are beyond friendly! Ed stopped for a chat, the girl at thee cashier helped with menu options and even with my transportation options back to the hotel. This is probably the friendliest restaurant I've ever eaten at in the US.I do apologize that your pizza did not come out as good as we claim. Sometime human error leads to less than perfect product. I encourage you to give us a second change. We'll have our in house native Brooklyn New Yorker cook it for you. To address the oven: our ovens are actually high speed compact brick ovens that were exclusively designed for Bricklyn. There are no conveyor belts or microwave components to them (although they look similar). I hope we have another chance to try and impress you. We have a new menu going up soon that we think will satisfy any palate.ThanksThe Bricklyn Brick Oven Pizza Management.
This review is of delivery pizza only. We have been customers of this store for the past 5 years. They have never failed to deliver a pizza that wasn't on time, hot and tasty! Their delivery people are always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this store especially now that football season is upon us.
Fairview Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Fairview
The staff he is always very friendly food is always top notch. The salads are made to order, always fresh. The piazza is awesome the thin crust is so good. I love the sausage and pepperoni pizza and a must have is the cheesy bread with the marinara dipping sauce. My son & husband loves their calzone, you canât go wrong with any variety that you choose. Their pasta is really good also. I stop by here even when I donât go to shop at the outlet, for great pizza.
Went here with family and friends, probably a party of 30 at least. The place isn't very big but they keep the food coming. Service was great and the food was very good. Prices are average and we were pleased with the experience.

Best idea ever....customize your own individual pizza...and have it ready in less than 5 minutes. And sell it for $6.79! Any and all toppings you want. Certainly can be two meals if you think you can save half. Whole wheat crust is great. Can mix regular marinara and spicy marinara...or try the pesto. Many toppings to select from. Add the "magic dust" and fresh basil at the end. Most impressive.

If you like pizza with a crust like a piece of hard cardboard, this is the place for you. We sent our pizza back, and the manager promised to fix the situation, The second pizza was just as bad. The manager got mad at us and told us he would comp the price of the pizza, but we had to leave.

There are lots of very good pizza places in this area. Palio's in Fairview ranks with the best. We love the calzones but pizza is good, also.

Had lunch at Cadilla Pizza after hearing a recommendation from the LYS. My friend and I both ordered the Lunch Special - 9" pizza and half salad. The Sedona salad with chicken and my pizza were delicious. My friend and I both agree we will be going back again. She is not even a pizza fan, but she ate her whole pizza and ordered a Sedona salad to take home. If you are in downtown McKinney you should try it.

My family and parents (8 in party) went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Not crowded at all. We placed our order, the waitress was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. 4 ordered pizzas and 4 ordered entrees. We got calamari for our appetizer which was delicious and not rubbery. The sauce is REALLY spicy, but good. When another lady, not our waitress, brought out the calamari, I asked for more bread, and after she went to get it, my two daughters said she rolled her eyes at me after I asked. Weird. The 4 entrees came out first, and then about 10 minutes later each pizza came out about 5 minutes apart. We had started to eat our entrees since it was taking so long and because we were by the front door and the cold 30degree air was cooling down our food. My husband was the last to get his pizza (almost 20 minutes after we got our entrees) after almost everyone was done eating their food. The waitress apologized, but gave no reason for why it took so long. The food was just ok, and not good enough to come back.
