We recently stopped by On the Go to grab a couple of sandwiches for lunch. Simply put, the sandwiches were excellent!! On the Go has a varied menu but I'm not sure my wife and I will ever get past the extensive sandwich selection! The shop is small but the staff is friendly and efficient. It's a bit tucked away off route 6 in Mattapoisett, but we strongly recommend On the Go to anyone who wants a quick, delicious lunch!
They have been in business a long time so that should tell you something. The pizza is delicious. The crust is not too think nor too thing and the ratio of topping and sauce were perfect. The pizza is not greasy. We also ordered several steak and cheese subs and they were very good. This is my new favorite pizza place in town.
Founded in 1961 by the Valerio family in East Boston, Papa Gino's has been serving the same thin-crust Italian-style pizza and supporting local New England communities for over half a century. With dough made fresh daily in Walpole MA from just five simpl
Went to Papa Gino's today for lunch. We took my wife's aunt and uncle with us. The meal was TWO (2) pizza's with the works. The crust was excellent bottom crust nice and crispy - lots of toppings - sausage, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, green peppers. The crust on the pizza was to die for we ordered Large and there was enough for take home for supper. Service and staff was excellent. Try this pizza and you are in for a treat and I know you won't be hungry when you are done. I can't say enough about the crust, try this one and you are going to have the best pizza ever.

ordered their margarita pizza, brought it home, tasted it, and threw it out. couldn't eat it. the pizza had less than 25% coverage in cheese (that was thick, hard, and most likely Polly-O), had about 1/4" of canned tomato sauce, and the crust was so tough it exploded when you folded it. sorry, but this was a lousy pizza. Celeste pizza-for-one is way better!
I was recently in Fairhaven for about a week. Out of those seven days, I ate at Minerva's three times; I was never disappointed. First I had a cold turkey sub. It was really good and the turkey was excellent - thick white meat, not the slimy deli stuff. Second day: I had linguica pizza. Wow, It's definitely different. It's very thin, but the cheese and sauce are excellent and the crust is almost more like a crispy rim. Plus, if you're in New Bedford or Fairhaven, trying the linguica is almost as important as sampling the seafood. Finally we ate more pizza and added in some appetizers and salalds...again, all good.

Brick is Authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza cooked in a wood-burning brick oven and ready in two mintes!
Wow...really tasty pizza here! Wonderful crust...thin and perfectly baked in a huge brick oven. Lots of variety and opportunity to create your own. I am visiting here and wish we had one near me in Florida. I will gladly eat here again. There is a second Bricks in New Bedford. But this one has lots of easy parking.

We showed up with a party of 15, around 6:15. Last minute decision, with friends in town for a funeral. Everything, and i mean everything management did to accommodate us was fantastic. It got better from there. From a short bar wait, with great bar staff to the servers, just all around great people and service. And then the food. Everyone was delighted with their meals. The house specials, prime rib sandwich or the double lobster roll..... awesome. Every other dish had raves. Watching waitresses take entrees to other tables, made me want to sample it all. Yes, I am gushing about Mikeâs, and, it is well deserved. It takes a lot to me to gush!

Brick is a Napoletana pizzeria. We strive to replicate the type of pizza served in Naples, Italy. Our dough is made with '00' Caputo flour, local water, sea salt, and our own sour dough starter, simple! Our sauce only uses DOP San Marzano tomatoes and a p
After my daughter's raving about Bricks for months we finally tried it.. I have to say ravings are in order. Nothing like an authentic brick oven pizza. At Bricks you won't find the toppings piled high. But the amount they put is just right. The crust has the fresh baked crunch, the sauce is zesty and the cheese is gooey, what else could one ask for. As for the toppings, you think of it, they have it.. I'm a plain Jane, ok in my case Mike. But I love the Margherita Pizza. Fresh basil, that zesty sauce and there top of the line ooey gooey mozzarella cheese. Their white pizza is just as delicious such as their CARMINE. White pizza with roast garlic, caramelized onions and pungent gorgonzola cheese. The list goes on. If you haven't stopped and had a slice your missing out. The only thing wrong is its hard to eat just one..

I brought my grandson here for dinner tonight. He ordered a cheese pizza with a glass of chocolate milk. The pizza was excellent with a very thin crust, just the way we like it. There are many toppings offered (he usually goes with pepperoni) with the price of the pizza depending on how many toppings you add. I think the basic price was under $7..very reasonable. I ordered the veal Piccata with artichoke hearts and that ws also delicious. The veal was melt in my mouth tender. It also came with a choice of soup or salad and spaghetti or ziti. I went with the salad and spaghetti..tons of food for me, so we had plenty of leftovers to bring home. The total bill around $25. I will happily return to this restaurant again...also my waitress was terrific!
