This place never disappoints! Very good pizza amongst all the others in town. The California Fusion is so delicious and a great alternative for a weekday meal
Essex Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Essex
Looking for a good pizza joint? We've tried them all in town and Godfathers is the place that gets our repeat business! They have a great menu with lots of variety and cook up some pretty tasty pizza's and Panzarotti's! Prices are competitive and they also have regular specials.
This was the first time we tried Naples in Essex, we had heard great things about Naples, but not this specific location. We assumed there would be s standard. We ordered pizza with bacon, Italian sausage, mushrooms, hot peppers and double cheese. I can't say if the cheese was doubled, it seemed the normal amount. I could barely find any bacon or sausage, and the bulk of topping was canned (not fresh) mushrooms. It was listed as 16 pieces, but these pieces are approxately 2 inches at crust at the largest...so really I would call this a medium...not enough for three adults.

I usually go to the Armando's in Tecumseh and it is usually pretty good. Ordered a pizza with double cheese and it clearly wasn't, would have been skimpy on the cheese even if it wasnt supposed to be double. Chicken wings were dry. Overall kind of disappointing

Celebrating the simple life on the shores of Lake Erie in Canadaâs southernmost wine region with fine wine, wood-fired pizza, Cicchetti (sharing plates), handmade gelato, and Italian charm. Welcome to our table.
We entertained some young relatives from Western Canada at Paglione. We have been long-time customers and still shed a tear when we see Patriarch Paglione's beloved accordion in the restaurant (he passed awat all too soon after establishing his dream of a winery). In any event, there are few things that can rival a beautiful sunny day spent in the vineyard eating delicious wood oven pizza and sipping wine. The pizza is GREAT as is the dessert pizza which is wood-oven pizza with nutella spread on it - absolute bliss. Service is attentive but the wine lacks Papa Paglione's masterful touch and I would generously call it "earthy". No matter, with pizza and the scenery as good as Paglione, one can easily quaff a glass or two with the pizza and then enjoy something a bit more refined at the other wineries down the road. A great place to enjoy the great scenery on the Lake Erie North Shore Wine ROute without spending a fortune. Pizza and a glass of wine will run about $30 and one pizza is plenty for two.
