We have been coming to Cristallina for a number of years based on a friend's recommendation. Their service is mostly friendly, speedy and accommodating. Food is delicious, be it a simple soup of the day, a moist mushroom risotto (you can taste the nice broth and it's not suffocated with too much cheese) or one of their thin-crust pizzas, hand-made right in front of you.

Eat here a few times during the summer of 2015 while staying with friends in Linthal at the foot of the Klausen Pass. Great food, lovely setting and fabulous weather. Loved the Fiat 850 delivering the Pitzas accross the region as it sped off on 2 wheels. On your way up to Unerboden why stop off for Drink or meal, you won't be disappointed .Beni, glad we took your advice !!!

I came to the restaurant years after I tasted the magnificent meals that Haci's made for us almost 10 years ago, before the restaurant location. I'm SO happy they have this spot in Flims, I can walk there in my PJs, as I did the other night! Haci and his crew prepare delicious food with perfection, and deliver unparalleled service (with dining inside and out) I love their food, and these guys are GREAT! What else can I say?...

Das Lokal ist im italienischen Stil gehalten. Die Pizzen werden frisch im Holzofen zubereitet, aber auch die Küche bietet abwechslungsreiche Menüs und saisonale Spezialitäten. Zum Mittagessen werden drei verschiedene Menüs (Pasta, Pizza, Fleisch/Fisch) angeboten, welche frisch zubereitet werden. Die Pizzen sind dünn, knusprig und gerade richtig belegt.

The menu has a traditional list of pizzas and other italian dishes. The service and the of serving is not efficient - but working OK. The pizzas are overpriced and terrible. We should have been warned when the menu said " Schinkenprodukt" (Ham products) and not "Schinken" (Ham). Our pizzas was filled with lumps of some kind of minced sausage like stuff that just might have been made from pork - but could have been soy, chicken or sawdust. The dough had a poor crust and in general the pizzas was without any taste. This being Switzerland in a skiing resort the pizzas was heavily overpriced. First and last time to visit this place.

Went to this restaurant with family and friends. Friendly staff and good food. Unfortunately totally overpriced. For instance, a bottle of tap-water costs CHF 9, a bottle of mediocre wine CHF 82. I believe tap-water (even if they call it spring water...) should be free if the entire group eats starters, main course, and deserts, incl wine. We will not return to this place.
