Great little kitchen producing best pizza in the valley. The open kitchen is great to watch the dough being thrown and masters at work. Never eaten in the restaurant but have had take-out many, many times. Its the best. Recommend meat-eaters pizza, knots and any calzone.

While in Edwards doing an art show, we met some fellow artists at Local Joe's.We ordered a 14" Go Green pizza which had Spinach, Artichokes, Onions, Tomato, Mozzarella with Creamy Pesto Sauce. It was very tasty. We also shared our pizza with our friends and they shared with us.Other pizzas ordered were the Gnar Pizza -- Pepperoni, Sausage, Ground Beef, Canadian Bacon, Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives, Tomato and Green Peppers and an a Hawaiian Pizza -- Pineapple, Canadian Bacon and Mozzarella. Both of the pizzas were tasty.Several of the guys had beers, one of the ladies had wine (which was a boxed wine) and the rest of us had the hard stuff -- water.Overall, the pizzas were tasty and the guys liked the beers.
