When you've just been in a plane for nine hours and your body clock is skewed by a seven hour time difference, you want something tasty and delicious but easy to digest, right? We were staying in Cherry Creek and wanted something fairly close by.....and we definitely made the right choice!Pizza Republica is in Greenwood Village, a modern, upscale area with plenty of free parking. They proudly make everyhting from scratch and the pizzas were outstanding! Guess where we shall be returning for an early dinner before our flight home?

We recently visited Mellow Mushroom with our kiddos on a trip to Denver. The food and beer selection was great! Our server was wonderful and I wish I could remember her name! We really enjoyed our time eating and drinking here. We'll be back! It is a nice casual place with friendly people and great food. Thanks so much for the feedback, Elizabeth! We look forward to having you and your family back in soon and~Keep on Shroomin'!!~

We dined as a family of 12 at lunch on a Saturday in the ground floor area. The restaurant accommodated us with a long table by the window. Between the antipasta, the wines, and the mains...everything was amazing. The staff spoke authentic Italian and U.S. English, so we were able to communicate in both languages. This is one of the few truly authentic Italian restaurants; not an "Italian" where most of the staff are of a different nationality. Truly Italian. The restaurant offers dine in, as well as take away and a small shoppe for authentic grocer items. Highly recommend.

Good little tavern, a neighborhood bar with mostly locals. The onion rings were awesome, beer was cold and the staff was friendly. The pizza was touted, but I found it pretty average. Light on the sauce, a little doughy and modest toppings. I prefer ground beef, not the pellets. $18 for a 14" medium. I would go back for the onion rings, the coziness and to try a different menu item.

Marco's Coal-Fired is proud to be the only pizzeria in the state of Colorado to receive the coveted VPN certification. This certification requires strict adherence to the culinary discipline of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Come taste ou
Good pizza, but service so-so. We ordered: Toscana and Sicilia to share. Good cocktails (we ordered one each - Club Marcos).... I would say well deserved after a long days hike in the mountains (to be clear, we went back to our hotel first before going to dinner, prim and proper). When we got to Marco's, half the place was empty (and it wasn't late at all) so we were pretty annoyed by the rushed service. We still had half the pizzas untouched (yet), and we were only here for less than 15 minutes before the waitress/server started coming by every couple of minutes. While we were clearly enjoying our meal within a short window of time (and we were having a conversation) with our drinks unfinished (still in the process as again we were barely into our slices) when the waitress came to us asking if we wanted a to-go box, and then while I was chewing on another slice asking if we wanted to see the dessert menu. That was perplexing. We didn't order anything else as the mood was turning at our table with the rushed service (and being asked if we're still 'working on it'). We got a to-go box for our pizzas and went elsewhere to enjoy our evening. We would've stayed longer than 40 minutes (maybe even spent more money and ordered something else), but is what it is (instead we found a fun speakeasy where we spent the evening).

When we arrived the wait staff was friendly. We were seated quickly, but 2 of the glasses on our table for water were dirty. One still had lipstick around the rim and the other one had particles in the glass. The appetizers were eclectic and did a fusion between bar bites and classic Italian dishes. They were good. The entrees were an ok portion size. The pizzas are definitely better than the sandwiches. Stay away from the chicken parmesan. Itâs dry. The fries are actually one of the stars here!! Get 2 orders of those. Overall, itâs ok. Itâs not a must go...but itâs ok for a quick bite.

Opened in October 2007, Osteria Marco is intended to be the livelier, more playful younger brother to Frank Bonannoâs esteemed Italian eatery Luca. Guests are greeted at the top of a grand staircase by a cheese maker, deep in the throes of crafting burrat
I really do not get why this place gets such great reviews. We have been twice, and both times I have not been overly impressed. I will say that the burrata is fantastic, but beyond that the food is average at best. On our most recent visit, we had our kids with us, and they do not have a kids menu, which is fine. However, our server was certainly not overly accommodating. I had the meatballs and polenta which was decent, but my husband had the rabbit which was so salty that it wasnât really edible. I donât think that we will return.

Place says they are Detroit style pizza taken after Buddy's Pizza from Detroit. Not close. First, there were very few items on the pizza as it was dominated by sauce. Second, the crust was not caramelized or flavored like Buddy's Pizza. Third, Expensive for what you get. Being from Detroit, I thought this was more advertisement than substance.

Loved this pizza spot! Cool location in an eclectic area. The ingredients were superb and the crust was perfectly baked with a wonderful flavor. If youâre picky about your pizza, this is your place!
