I have been here at the Clark Road @ Danieldale location five times and that large deep dish pepperoni pizza is still one of the best I have eaten. It closes early, though...8 PM, so decide soon into dinner time or snack time to get one.

I hadn't ordered Domino's in few years due to the quality of the food and service. I decided this year to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. The first time that I ordered this year everything was smooth. I went to order a second time. I was able to track my food online the delivery processing. As the tracker was stating they were heading out the door. I received a phone call stating an item that I ordered was not available. Mind you they gave me a two-hour window for my delivery. I was fine with that no problem. Well if they didn't have the item to begin with shouldn't have I been notified right then before processing my order. When I ask for another item for the same price they told me be another hour wait. No thank you. They just gave me something that was already ready. When my food arrived it was cold.Looks like I will not be eating Domino's for another few years.
When calling to order for carryout on last Friday, 6/22 the phone just rang and rang. I was driving and was unable to look at the website to order the $5.99 Medium pizza special. I continued to drive to the store and once I got there, there were several employees in the store so it was not short staffed. As I ordered the $5.99 special, I was informed that was only for Order online carry out only. As I read my email, I thought you could order online or carryout only for the advertised price. Not only did the employee not suggest I order online while I am standing there trying to understand why I would not be offered the price as I stated I had read in the email. This is my third offense with this store. They are not friendly, helpful or courteous. As much as I love Pizza Hut, I will order from any surrounding store. I will not spend my money at the Duncanville location. Because I had promised my kids pizza, I paid $26 for 2 medium pizza which is not right when I could have been asked to just put my order online. Instead, she had me pay full price when I attempted to call my order in.I sure hope management reads this review and maybe have a mystery shopper come in so they can get a different opinion and not consider me an irate customer. I like spending my money in my own community, but I will not be mistreated by any teenager who is not properly trained in customer service or suggestive selling!

This hole in the wall restaurant in Duncanville has excellent daily specials. The head waiter caters to all of the customers needs. The restaurant can also host a medium size group well. We have eaten there regularly and have never had a bad meal. Service suffers a bit when the head waiter is off and two young ladies fill in for him. Probably a lack of customer service experience. The food still is satisfying and reasonably priced to keep regulars coming back frequently.

Roma's Italian Bistro opened its door October 25, 2011. We are a family owned and operated restaurant. We have been serving the Southwest Dallas communities for the past 10 years.
Ate with family from the area and were not particularly impressed. It is a clean and welcoming place and the pizza was good (no skimping on toppings). Service was good but not great.
