Ordered a BAT sandwich arrived cold was ok, same reason I have not been there in 8 months food is not that good, had to send it back so it was not cold.....how long was the first 1 sitting there before it was brought to us. not going back for a long time again, food scrapes on the carpet under every table in the dining room, DO YOU KNOW WHAT A CARPER SWEEPER IS? I grew up on Classic pizza, and have always enjoyed their pizza and breadsticks. Coming back several years later, the pizza and breadsticks are still good. I would prefer Classic to a lot of the chain pizza places that have sprung up in Dexter since. But to be honest, it isn't anything spectacular. It is quality pizza from a non-chain restaurant. I would recommend Classic to people who are planning to live in the area, but it isn't a must try if only in the area for a night or two.

This place is not what it used to be and has skimped on it's pizza toppings. We used to order from this place almost every week. Lately we have noticed the toppings are skimpy and a BLT pizza normally has Tomatoes on it. Or has a pile of lettuce and Ranch dressing. Not so anymore. Wilted brown lettuce the past 3 times we have ordered a BLT, no tomatoes and 8 pieces of lettuce won't cut it anymore. Will not order from this restaurant again. I called to inquire on the problem and was given a brush off. Not a good way to do business. The phone rep didn't even apologize other than saying "Oh wow, I like a lot of lettuce on my BLT when I make one". Hmmm. I guess you have to order a cheese only pizza to really get what you want. I gave 2 stars because I at least got my pizza's with some of the toppings that were suppose to be on the BLT. I'm a very easy going person and don't complain but when I pay a premium price for a premium pizza, I should get what I pay for.
