Love this place! Unique pizzas. Local favorite. All of the pizzas are delicious and freshly made. The crust is part of the magic here. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but our favorites are: Aloha (Canadian bacon and pineapple), the BBQ (chicken with bbq sause) and the Matterhorn (combination style). Sometimes this place gets crowded. Especially with teams/families after a local game is over!

I entered Primo's thinking it would be like walking into a great Chicago pizza joint where people raved about the food and the atmosphere. It wasn't an unreasonable expectation, given Primo's fantastic location in beautiful Danville and its noisy, crowded dinner scene. Unfortunately, our experience left us wanting more. Everything was fine, but that was the problem. It was just okay. There are elements here of a great pizzeria, but we didn't get that sense. The employees seemed too hurried, the pizza lacked a certain something -- it wasn't as distinctive as we expected -- and the prices are a little high. A great pizzeria has true character and a distinctive slice, but Primo's falls short on both counts. It's not a bad place to grab a pizza, but you can surely do better. And you won't have to go to Chicago to do it.

The Danville LIvery is a faux rural/urban (but toney) shopping center just off of 680. After a bit of wandering in the complex, we found Jules Thin Crust and what a find! For a while it seems like 2 inch deep dish was all the rage so when I ate at Jules, it was a refreshing change. Savory, crispy, each bite delicious. I had the bbq chicken with carmelized onions. Friend had the vegetarian special but all vegetables carefully cut and cooked, no giant pieces of raw veggies here! We shared a generous apple pecan green salad with Balsamic thoughfully placed on the side (without us asking). Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. All the food is attractively displayed on the counter and you can see all the choices available. Or you can place an order for a whole pizza, but I wouldn't recommend that if you are in a rush, I saw a man waiting for a pizza and by the time it came out, we were completely finished with our meal. Our total with water for a beverage, was $14.80, which I consider a bargain. There was plenty of parking, much of which is shaded by mature trees. And there was a huge, old school toy store two doors down with all the latest, there was a steady stream of Danville mommies getting birthday gifts. I would definitely come here again and recommend it for a quick, inexpensive gourmet lunch.

A local upscale pizzeria chain, serving thin crust, East Coast-inspired pizzas. The menu includes chicken wings, salads, pasta, as well as vegetarian & vegan-friendly options. Dine-in ⢠Takeout ⢠Catering ⢠Delivery
Had four different pizzas and everyone seemed to like them. Had one vegetarian and other three had meat with various toppings.

Forge Pizza Danville, carefully crafted into the southeast side of Danville's famed Lunardi's Market building adjacent to Iron Horse Plaza, opened in August of 2013. In addition to the 15-seat bar that puts you front and center to watch our team in action
The service at Forge has been exceptional the last few times I have visited. They are friendly, attentive and very helpful - I was pleased. Can't say enough about the quality of the food. The pizza's are still delicious - we love the skinny lady, margherita and the sausage mushroom.....they are a must! The crust is very thin and they have a nice hot pizza oven. The arugula salad is great too. They have an amazing happy hour with discounted apps, wine, beer and pizza. This is a place right off of the Iron Horse Trail and you can stop during a ride, get a a couple of bites and some wine and beer and get back on the trail.

This is a really nice place to sit outside, have a glass of wine and enjoy a casual meal with friends. Low key, but fresh good quality food. Decent wine menu. Not pretentious and lovely on days where you can enjoy great outside dining in Danville. Great service with nice staff. A go-to for me when I have friends in town and we want to sit outside, have a drink, catch up, and eat a nice meal in downtown Danville! This is a good one! And very low stress!!

My husbandâs company had their annual holiday party here. Everything was excellent. Appetizers were delicious! The entrees, salad, gnocchi, all were perfect. The desert was the best Iâve ever had at a large group dinner. Italian butter cake. I wish I could have brought some home! The wine and beer and champagne were all flowing. I would definitely go back if Iâm ever in Danville again.

We moved to the area just over a year ago and have been searching for some tr hing remotely close to New York Style Pizza, Melo's is the closest so far. For a pizza/italian restaurant in the area it is pretty large compared to others and has a lot of seating for all of their customers. When we arrived around 6:00 on a Friday most of the tables were full and we saw 3 people picking up pizzas to go, a good sign of quality. We ordered the combo pizza with half red sauce and half white and an order of the cheese ravioli. Both were great. The pizza crust was good with the New York bite and chew I was looking for, the sauce was good, and the ingredients were high end and plentifil. The ravioli was perfectly cooked and the creamy tomato sauce on them was full of flavor. This will be our new home for Pizza and Italian food. Finally the search is over.

If you love very thin, crispy eat every bite crust on a pizza, then you will love these pizzas! I usually have a veggie pizza-adding more veg less cheese--and really don't eat very much of the crust--EXCEPT for this pizza! Devoured every bite! Highly recommend!

Sunday night dinner at a completely packed Restaurant in Danville was delightful. We had 7:30 reservations, but arrived at 7 and they were able to seat us at a table almost immediately. The service was excellent â drink and appetizer order taken and filled quickly. The meal was not rushed, set at our pace, with attentive staff. Our main dishes of lobster ravioli with prawns and another ravioli dish of ricotta, spinach and sage butter were delicious, well-seasoned with sauces that were light, creamy and flavorful. We had a gift of a free dessert, which was made for usâ¦. decadent fresh-made doughnut bites drizzled with melted chocolate sauce. It was warm, and not overly sweet. As we sipped our coffee, the owner came by with a tray of small glasses of limoncello, a perfect end to a meal that felt authentic, directly from Naples, Italy.
