Established in 1976. For over 40 years, Pirrone's Pizzeria has been serving the St. Louis community delicious pizza and other cuisine. Even with so many years of great success, we hold true to our roots of serving fresh and delicious meals that are made w
Having lived in Florissant many years ago and eaten Pirrone's at that location, I was interested in seeing if this venue would be as good. As I remember their pizza from years ago, this offering was just as good. Thin crust, lots of cheese and toppings and a very nice well balanced taste between the toppings, cheese and crust - something difficult for many pizza operations to achieve.

Fratellis's has it all--delicious Italian food, experienced and attentive wait staff and a family-friendly environment. I especially like the fact that guests can converse without music or TV's blaring. There are enough soft surfaces, too, that sounds are absorbed rather than reverberating. Within the last two years, the owners updated the decor which is contemporary in a classy way.
Loved the atmosphere, the service and the food!!!A great casual place with good Italian food!Keep in mind that they have a smoking section (the great big bar area and it's wealth of seating) and two separate side dining areas that are non-smoking.It's a seat-yourself kind of place, with hard working servers and a great place for a casual, yet tasty, meal. There happened to be live music on the night that I visited and that favorably added to my experience. I will gladly return to somewhat hidden gem!

On our annual trip to the St. Louis area, we always stop by Stef's with friends to get pizza and pasta lunches. This year, we got the usual excellent dishes and service with no complaints. I called ahead two days earlier to make sure they would have 20 lbs of provel cheese I could take with me and was told the cost would be $20.00 per 5 lb. block, an increase of $1.25 since last year, an increase that could be expected. But when I picked it up along with our luncheon check, the cost had risen to $25.00 per block, making it $5.00 per lb. instead of $4.00. When I asked my server why it had gone up in two days, she said the owner had to be called to find out what to charge and this was the price he quoted.I have two issues with this: first, I should have been charged what I was quoted the first time. The owner shouldn't change his mind about what he wants to charge on a whim. Second, an increase of $1.25 per 5 lb over a year's time is something to be expected but an increase of $6.25 is simply unacceptable. This will be the last time I get my cheese at Stefanina's.Since the meal was very good, I am still giving the restaurant a four star rating, down from five a year ago.
What a huge disappointment. Three hour ordeal. Brichetta app was nothing like advertised no toppings. Pizza was too thin and overdone so thin toppings fell off couldn't eat. Small hose special underdone. Never saw a manager never came by guess to busy with larger groups. I guess I am spoiled by other locations like south county mo. Chris the manger and server terry go out of there way to make you feel valued and all are welcoming. This place needs more training.Only bright spots were the bar staff ( girl power! ) and Alex the host.

Had the $10 lunch special which is salad and a small pizza. The staff was super friendly from the start and very helpful with recommendations. I got the plank road pizza that has chicken, avocado, bacon, lettuce and I'm not sure what else. Amazing! Fresh puffy crust that was the right amount chewy and crunchy. (It's more of a 'hand-tossed' style for reference...) The salad was also excellent with some interesting flavors that just worked well together. I also tried the pizza with sausage and pepperoni (don't remember the name) and it too, was excellent with fresh ingredients. We will certainly be back and will take some home with us as well!

Erio's sure beats all Italian restaurants including the big chain restaurants. Truly authentic. Love the pizzas and pastas.
