Things to do in Copacabana

Stumbled into this restaurant on a very cool evening during our recent stay in Copacabana. The sopa was by far the best we had in all our time in fantastic Bolivia. Recommend the crema de verduras. For mains we chose trucha - a la plancha was excellent! The restaurant appears to be operated by a young husband and wife team with the lady doing the meal preparations. Overall outstanding in value and meal quality. Arrive during happy hour (several hours) for even better value. No hesitation in returning here.
It was really barefaced that we waited 1 hour for 2 pancakes although the last half an hour my boyfriend and I were the only customers... The waitress was also not interested in doing her job.But nevertheless, the "panqueque de la casa" which consists of 2 pancakes with ice-cream and fruits in-between and cream and chocolate on top was awesome. If you have enough time you can go there.
We visited Alax Pacha on our first night in Copacabana and the 40B menu del dia was what initially interested us. And what great value it was. A delicious soup with garlic bread, personal pizza and dessert for 40Bob. Great value and the guys working there were really lovely too. We enjoyed this place so much, we came back again for a Pizza night! Would recommend this place for dinner to anyone visiting Copa!

Great meal - very reasonable prices. Why they call it a vegetarian restaurant is a bit of a mystery, as although they have some vegetarian items they serve a full menu. The food was excellent and the service acceptable by SA standards ie slow but relatively reliable. We almost walked completely by the place without a glance as both of us are carnivores, then we happened to notice the posted menu ..... no regrets dine here for sure!

The food here is amazing. Our group had pizza, pasta and gnocchi and all were delicious. The staff were very friendly and the Bolivian red wine was really tasty. The pasta is made fresh at the restaurant. If we were staying longer in Copacabana we would be back for sure.

We offer custom pizzas - size And toppings selected by the custimer. New products, include: Quinoa Tiramisú, Quinoa Brownies, Carrot Cake, Cheesecake Jars. Our are 10:00 Am - 7:00Pm Tuesday to Monday.
Weâve had some pretty bad pizza during our time in South America. Doughy, undercooked crust, WAY too much cheese and poor ingredients.Enter: Pan America. Their hand made dough is on point (and well cooked) and their trio of imported cheeses are to die for. Add fresh veggies and you got a winner! Wonderful pizza at an affordable price. Go. Do it.
