Lomeli's Italian Restaurant

Come taste the difference at Lomeli's Italian Restaurant! Our menu is full of delicious classics, right out of Naples.

I visited Lomeli's for my first time recently and was painfully disappointed. This is Italian food for the American palette. Instead of bread for the table, we were given carrot sticks and ranch dressing (I guess that is better than nothing). I got pasta with clam sauce, which I would assume is meant to be similar to Vongole, but it in no way was. The sauce tasted like a bottle of dried oregano or parsley- I wasn't even sure, but it was covered in one of these dried herbs. Completely underseasoned otherwise but overwhelmed with that flavor. The clams were minced and even then, were few and far between. And the most egregious thing you can do is to serve overcooked pasta as an Italian restaurant, which this was 100%.The garlic bread was decent and got me through the meal. Basically, if you like Fettuccine Alfredo in large portions or similar Italian foods that Americans cling to, then you'll enjoy this. Otherwise, steer clear. It's unfortunate that you felt there was something lacking with your meal. I assure you that our culinary team cooks everything with top-quality ingredients and we work hard to make every dish as flavorful as possible. If there's ever something that seems off about your order, you are more than welcome to speak with our staff about any accommodations that need to be met -- that's why we're here! However, our doors will always be open for you if you decide to give us another shot. All the best,Carlo Lomeli, Owner

This Chuckie Cheese is located in Playa Mexico (an outdoor mall) in Lynwood. You can see it from the freeway. This location has pretty easy parking and is similar to any other Chuckie Cheese you will take the kids to. It gets very crowded on the weekends, especially Sunday, so keep that in mind. The games are all pretty new and there is a lot of them. They have moved from the token system to play cards and that works well--no more tokens to carry around as you follow your kid/s from game to game. The food is fine, like other Chuckie Cheeses'--you don't go there for the cuisine. You can have some pizza and a salad. The service there is great. They have people on the floor to help out with broken machines and seating. The place is pretty clean, they could do a little better, but again, it gets packed--with kids.Have a great time and if you have a minute there is a merry-go-round in the open mall area. There are also some fun shops nearby.

We were on our way to Laguna Beach for a delicious shake and drinks on a rooftop However, decided to venture off near Ruby’s for Mexican food, but was indecisive so we pulled over to take time to goggle nearby restaurants After a while, we saw Mama Mia’s had something for everyone. We arrived and was overly pleased with the food and superb customer service from the moment we stepped insideChristy was our waitress and she was the sweetest and cutest young lady ever. I said, if I had a daughter I would want her to be very much like her as her parents have to be super impressed with her demeanor I had bottomless chips and salsa and paid extra for the guacamole - the salsa was by far the best I’d ever hadI ordered the impossible veggie burger and it came with bottomless parmesan garlic fries and my son ordered a bacon burger with regular fries and I also ordered an ice cream alcohol shake Because my son asked me for it, I gave it to him knowing he left his ID at home so when Christy later saw him with the drink she did exactly what she was supposed to do which resulted in the drink being removed I have to say again I was immediately impressed because you have an establishment who actually cares about their customers enough to not support under age drinking albeit my son was irresponsible and left his IDLastly, I ordered a $5 Saturday special drink which was vodka lemon and tropical splash and it was delicious I will definitely be back soon FYI, The manager is extremely nice and equally handsome

Old school since 1976. I love pizza and I am a big fan of mom & pop restaurants. I ordered a Small Chico Special pizza that has sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. When I opened the box I was not impressed and I knew this wasn't going to be the best pizza experience I've ever had, the pizza had plenty of ingredients but it wasn't good. It was lunch time and this place was empty, cool spot but not great pizza.

This was a total surprise, I’m new to LA and wasn’t sure where we were heading; it didn’t look like lunch territory. The restaurant appearance was almost makeshift with pallets of tomatoes creating an entrance way. That being said I loved it; more importantly you could tell it wasn’t a chainFood was prompt. The pizza was truly delicious, thin fresh non doughy crust, great sauce and fresh basil.menu choose extensive. We had a couple of starters too, these are large/ so one between two would have been fine.We could fit in desert but bakery goods looked fabulous too.I’m definitely coming agin - this is is a “GEM” in a sea of overpriced mediocre restaurants.
