We had a great dinner at Mama Lena's. Everything we ordered was well prepared, from the salads to the fagiola beans and spinach to the shrimp parmigiana to the angel hair and penne pasta--very tasty sauce and small garlic rolls with the meal.Service was also very friendly and helpful.Located very close to the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison
The pizza I ordered was very very greasy and the flavor was just ok. The garlic nots I ordered were ok also. If you are trying to go to a really good pizza place then I wouldn't go there, but if you are a teen then it is cool to have in the neighborhood to be able to go rafter school or something .

Pizza was pretty good. They have a nice sauce, dough a bit thin but still pretty good. I ordered a Caesar chicken wrap and the chicken was good but the dress was so watery it just made the wrap all soggy & kinda gross. I would ask for that on the side if I ever go again.
Although you wouldn't know it, Nunzio's offers amazing pizzeria/deli food. Located at the end of the Woodbridge Strip Mall next to a hair salon and an abandoned catering hall, Nunzio's serves delicious Brooklyn style pizza. Last time, we also tried their chicken wings and subs. Very good quality for a place like this. There are tables and chairs setup in the front if you want to eat-in, but most of its business is take-out. This is my go-to place for a weekday meal.

Strawberry's Pub & Pizza, located at 110 Amboy Ave in Woodbridge NJ, is known for the "BEST" New York Style Pizza and wings. We offer a rewards program to our guests by honoring a free plain pie after the purchase of 10 pies. Our pizza is highly unique us
Strawberry's is a sports bar type establishment, but it's great for families or a business lunch. Service is zippy and no-nonsense but not in your face. There's plenty of seating in both booths and high top tables. Pizza is made in brick ovens and is highly recommended. Other members of our group raved about the wings and two vegans in our party said the salads were excellent as well.Since it was a business lunch we were in a bit of a hurry and our waitress seemed to instinctively understand that, we were in and out in under an hour. We had such a good experience that we returned a second time the next day.

Our group met here for lunch as they liked the wings. I don't eat them but I had the extra cheese margerita pizza. It was thin crusted and nicely prepared. The only problem was the level of noise. It was so noisy I could hardly hear the person sitting next to me. Service was very good though.

Gennaros is a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant that has a dining area, a catering hall, to-go, delivery and outdoor dining options. There is parking in the back. Service is fast and friendly and the food is great and prices are reasonable. Well worth a visit or an order for delivery or takeout.

The Pizza Time Restaurant is a family-owned and operated pizzeria and Italian restaurant. We are in Avenel, New Jersey, and pride ourselves on creating a laid-back, casual dining experience for all our current and future friends, families, and patrons. We
Pizza Time by far has the best pizza in the area. Only downside is there is no delivery. They do have a large dining area which is good. I have a toddler that is fond of tantrums so I tend to avoid dining out so that others can enjoy their meal. Delivery would be amazing for this pizzeria.

The pizza is what they are known for, and I wanted to try it. The thin crust was carefully done, but the overall flavor was just average, I thought. Everything was ok but not amazingly so- typical bar interior, friendly staff, semi- cold beer, but the kitchen was slow and all the tables were waiting. My pizza took more than an hour.Prices were slightly on the high side: salad, pizza, two beers and with tip youâre hitting $50. Free parking 2 hrs in city garage across the street.

We visited for a quick lunch, and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and interchanged with one another serving us. The bread was warm and tasty, and they delivered another basket half way thru. There was a special lunch menu that looked interesting, but my one companion was looking forward to their famous shrimp parm hero, and my other friend ordered from the gluten free menu. Her ravioli were fine, but I thought a bit expensive considering the other menu items. The shrimp hero was good, just a little too seasoned for me. I would have liked some additional lighting, as it was a business lunch, and not a romantic dinner. However, I would recommend this restaurant , and it is BYOB, a real plus.
