On balance, our food was probably good; Offset by service that was substandard and unacceptable. Our total dining experience took more than 2 hours-our waitperson was probably âLisa Câ and the source of much of our frustration. While our selections were fine and tasty-our service was substandard and contentious. We ended up leaving the restaurant disappointed.

Sometimes it's good, most times it's bad. It feels really cheap, like frozen pizza. It's not just this location, but still awful. If I have house guests I'm trying to get rid of, this is what I feed them...

We came there on a Saturday there was 7 other people there's And 2 workers. Why would you have 2 workers on a Saturday they never did get to us after 25 minutes. They were way to behind to even help us. we won't be back.

We haven't had Mazzio pizza in a while and now we remember why. We ordered the 5 piece boneless chicken wings for $4.50 and got 5 pieces of boneless chicken that amounted to about two bites. The flavor was fine but the portion was pathetic. Each piece was about the size of a quarter. Their profit margin has to be terrific. We ordered the classic Ken's supreme pizza and it was at best so-so. The toppings looked as if they were put on from several feet away. Not much pride in the presentation. The crust was nothing special. All in all, not a very good pizza.
