We stopped here for a late afternoon summer evening meal as we were staying nearby. We had a burger and fries and kt was lovely. Homemade birger and skin on fries were delicious. They also had lots of local ales and ciders available too.

We are café restaurant that serves breakfasts and bean to cup Lavazza coffee in the mornings and pizza, burgers, wraps, pittas, paninis and homemade 100% vegan and gluten free Falafel. We do takeaways and delivery service.

We had an amazing day in Cheddar and just wanted to have tea before we head home. .. and there we found this gem. As it was late and time was not enough we ordered chips and tea. The chef gave us some falafel to try. Oh my goodness, they were the best Falafel we ever ate. They are absolutely Falafel you can't get anywhere else. They are crispy and the taste is full of flavour complete in harmony. We had a nice chat with the friendly chef and learned that they do cater for Vegans as well. We know now that we have found our cafe in Cheddar.

Have a had a couple of takeaway deliveries from pizza magic since moving in to the area.Very friendly service Had pizza th first time which Iâd highly recommend, plenty of it, well topped and very tasty.Second time had burgers and chips. Tasted lovely.Looking forward to trying some of the other menu items.

We specifically planned to stop at Rockface after hiking Cheddar's Gorge today (Tuesday). It was open as we walked by to begin our walk, and someone else referenced it being open as they passed earlier. We got back, ready to check it out, only to see that it had closed. The attached picture was taken at 3:22pm, showing openings hours of 10 - 4 yet also confirming the place was closed. As we stood outside, around 6 people seemed also surprised and disappointed to see it was closed, seemingly having planned to return there, too. Having mulled it over, I feel that any business that is so unreliable as to show itself as closed during its opening hours can only be awarded 1 star as it shows contempt for people who planned their day around visiting. So sorry that we were closed when you visited. As with any small family run business there are often conflicting priorities to manage. The decision on that day was to close early. There was no malice or contempt implied.

What more can I say, have eaten here on several occasions, lunch and evening, every time the experience has been a positive one. Food is fresh, and tastes divine, from pizza to pasta, everything is piping hot and delicious. Staff are attentive but not annoying, just the right balance. Keep doing what you are doing La Rocca, we will be back soon!
