Good standard of food but little atmosphere due to us being the only customers.Be aware that a service charge (can't remember if 10 or 20%) is added to the bill. When I queried this it was pointed out to me that it was stated on the menu - indeed it was but you would need a microscope to read it.Shame as it took the edge off of the evening.

Mr. A Bar & Restaurant (opened in 1997) together with Mr. A Cafe (2010) and Mr. A Pizzeria (2014) are all located in one area in Lower Busay Heights that gives you a panoramic view of Cebu. It's your "one-stop restaurant" that offers Filipino, Internation
We had a family reunion dinner here, and made reservations so our table was prepared and waiting when we arrived. The view alone is a good reason to dine here (especially on a clear night). The food was very good and the servings generous. Service was on the slow side, although it was friendly. My son has food allergies, and the waiter made the effort to consult the chef regarding what he could eat. Although the dish that was "safe" for him sounded unexciting, it was unexpectedly really good (I tried it!) Their grilled and sizzling dishes are really good, but I really appreciated their vegetable dishes, where the veggies were crisp and not overcooked.

Ok Giuseppe..I am being nice because I want to buy your house some year. haha . The male staff was awesome...they were all very attentive. The food was well-prepared. When my wife and I don't talk during a meal, that translates to it is awesome. We didn't talk. My wife has one suggestion, SERVE BREAD with your spaghetti. That was the only thing missing. I can't give you a 4.9, or I would have. lol. Interesting fact, it appears the female staff came in early evening, and we could tell a slight difference in their attitudes. Nonetheless, we left after our meal, but the guys..YOU WERE AWESOME, along with your food and kindness.

Lunch/dinner
Very good food and entertaining staff that have a very good sense of humor. This place is at the end of a dark street and a bit hidden but worth the trip. A very good place to go on the off weekday. The restaurant deserves more patronage.

Italian restaurant, specialised in thin crust and crispy Pizza and traditional Pastas and Italian dishes. We are open every day from 11 am to 11 pm. Check our chef specials of the month.
I feel misled by all the positive comments about this restaurant. Not only was the food disappointing the service was equally so. The meal started with what they called Caprese salad. The tomatoes were tasteless and accompanied by some type of chewy hard cheese. Seasoning was limited to pepper and a sprinkling of dried oregano. No basil at all. The Margherita Pizza had a nice thin and crispy crust, but it was topped with a glob of gooey low-quality cheese that all but obscured the taste of the tomato sauce below it. The lasagna was overcooked, or perhaps over-reheated, with the pasta practically dissolved in the sauce. No decent Italian restaurant would provide tabasco sauce with a meal like this place did, but it made the lasagna bearable. The panna cotta was creamy but tasted like a dairy-free gelatin based concoction. To top it off, the check was delivered in the middle of our meal, and the waitress requested we pay immediately so she could close out her till. Unforgivable.A real disappointment, especially considering the excellent meals we had at other restaurants in the Banilad neighborhood,.

In the vein of a traditional Italian Trattoria â a casual, local gathering place for food, friends and wine â our menu reflects the purity of tradition by relying on the classical and effortless approach. The simple purity of our inspiration comes from th
Convenient location with parking spaces in front of the restaurant.Good ambience ,Good beet Salad served without any bread and Xtra bread order charges came to 185 Peso with no prior mention. Bread was good but ....... !Main course was served only few minutes after starter course while still in the middle of the Appetizer. And we had to sent it back to the kitchen. Main course a 1300 Peso Wild mushroom Risotto supposedly good for 3 to 4 persons in fact just fine for 2 person . Just ! Risotto was luke warm and probably kept unter the heater light and more a porridge then a risotto. Over cooked rice and not enjoying the mushy texture . Put in the blender for cream of mushroom soup advisable. Service 50/50 as 2 waiters served us. Dessert a choco panna cotta was a mousse rather than a panna cotta . Espresso horrible acidic . Not a Arabica but god knows what . Itâs not a bad restaurant We believe but our Experience was disappointing. Will drive to Anzani next time for dinner instead .
