Pizzas are awesome.if you like spicy, ask Luigi to add "olio piccante" but be careful! you only need a "piccolo" (little bit)obviously we dont speak Italiano but there is no distance between two hearts with the same intention: beautiful food! They understand english pretty well.During our working stay here we've eaten at least 15 times, and each and every time the food has been wonderful hot and fresh. From the appetizers, mains, fish, steak, pasta. We even tried a grilled gelato (I'm not one for dessert) and it was very yum.Ask Maria your server, or the lovely couple that run the place <3 for Limoncello-- you will not be disappointed- it's thick, fruity & luscious. Also, do not forget to wave hello & say "sera" to Grammie & Grandpa in the back room. Still very much part of the wonderful feel.6pm is of course aperitivo & if you get a takeaway "aporta la casa" at this time you'll probably score a bit of free communal pizza (or chips) while you waitOur favourites:Pizzas: (all on trad base)Salame Piccante (spicy salami)Vagabonde (tuna, ham & black olives)Beautiful (prawns & rocket)If you ask for dell'amore they will make it in the shape of a heart. That was a sweet surprise for me(didn't ask) one time. :)others...Linguine al SalmoneSpaghetti Ragu (bolognese)Am sure anything is wonderful. Trust them completely. Ambience is just your Italian place. Lovely people running it and good food. It's closed on a Monday.bueno appetito! xo

Best Pizza Ever! You thought you had good pizza before... this will be a big discovery! Fantastic Pizze, large choice (25+). Thé pizza pasta is magic, tastes like warm crispy bread out of the oven...irresistible! Nice welcome. The place is not easy to find...and full of locals (they know as well the place). Do not look for fancy tables or decoration, go for a tasty discovery of what a pizza truly can be. Not doubt you will enjoy.

We accidentally discovered this restaurant while we were staying at an airport hotel in Malpensa. The location is around 10-15 minutes by car from Malpensa airport. The restaurant served excellent authentic Italian dishes and we ate there for 4 consecutive evenings except the evening when the restaurant was closed. We tried many dishes and all were perfect from appetisers to deserts. Prices were also not expensive and very reasonable. Waitresses were very friendly and efficient. You are advised to book in advance and/or arrive early as the restaurant was extremely popular and tables got filled easily. We noticed even in weekdays, the restaurant was full as many locals dined at the restaurant and customers also came to order take away.

In one of the bigger streets alongside Lago Maggiore we found Acqua & Farina(not to be confused with "Birra & Farina")Very nice atmosphere with a visible stone oven near the entrance. The staff is very friendly and the choice in food is very diverse. I for example had the Pizza Purgatorio, a spicy version of the Calzone but then rolled up. Amazing!! The Tiramisu was delicious but the most impressive was the huge choice in beers. To make it short: Worth going back to? Definitely!!

Familiar and intimate atmosphere where the quality of the products and the care of every details prevail
In Casteletto lived four days. Two evenings spent in this restaurant. I liked everything very much. Price and quality and service. The beef fillet was incomparable. Colmar rings are the same. The desserts are great. White homemade wine completes this list :)

I was lucky to fall upon this place....not on the lake. This beats out all competition on the lake. Locals thrive on it. Food is fresh and inventive. Food for all tastes.
