A jump, back in the past, and it's not a bad thing. It seems to get into a pizzeria in the 80s. But the service is kind and friendly, the pizzas are very good. There is always a long queue for takeaway. A nice place, with prices like a lot of years ago. I will be back.

Besides of the classic take away pizza, is possible to eat the slice there too. This is another of those well remembered places by the youngs of the generations 70's, 80's, 90's and so on... Located in downtown Varese, easy to find, behind the Chamber of Commerce..Sometimes this place, small but not tiny, gets crowded so if wanted a slice, the waiting time can be long... this is because people reserve pizzas in advance by phone... but they keep making pizzas all the time so is freshly made and they are quickly sold!A great place for a grab a slice and go!!

Very good pastas, and wood oven pizza and seafood. The hosts are genuinely friendly, unpretentious and caring, and welcomed our little dog warmly!

Very good choice despite the fact that the view is definitively not scenic. Anyway the internal decoration is well done and there's a great attention to details. Good ingredients quality, focus is on Sicily traditions and heritages.Price range is very wide, pizzas can be really cheap or really expensive but quality is overall positively surprising. You can definitively feel it's a first-time experience for the owners as they were doing different jobs before, but actually there are positive sides on this. Service quality and welcoming attitude benefit from their different backgrounds.

We had a Cappriciosa and a Quattro staggione pizza, both were excellent even if the differrence between them was hardly notable. Nice staff who spoke English, and helped with finding a taxi to the hotel. The restaurant was almost full on a Monday evening, we arrived at opening time 7pm, which means itâs appreciated by the locals too.

We didn't try the Pizza, but many locals there were going for it. We went for the fish. Excellent quality and we certainly did not leave hungry.Vast choice of italian wines.Very good price/quality. And the service was impeccable!

Really didn't expect to find a fantastic restaurant in such a neighborhood; it would have belonged in a great city. The waiter was really pleasant and the food was absolutely fantastic. The price was far below any similar restaurant and we are planning to return soon.

Situato nel centro di Varese, in una location storica nasce un nuovo ristorante-pizzeria dal carattere fresco e giovane. Un luogo dove la qualità e l'accoglienza sono al primo posto.
This restaurant has recently opened under new name and management (it used to be called La Cantinetta) and the new team strive to provide the best possible food accompanied by the best possible service. As with every new venture there are inevitable teething problems but let's focus on the food: excellent authentic Napolitan pizza from the most simple (Bufalotta) to the most complex (Avvocato). The kitchen food is more progressive and you can clearly see that the chef is walking the extra mile by using fresh & seasonal ingredients and takes the time to present the food with an artistic touch. At the end of the day we eat with our eyes too ;)So you may ask yourself why so much praise yet only a 4 out of 5 rating?Well the timing needs improving. Not all the food we ordered was served at the same and right time. This sadly impacted our dining experience but I'm sure this will be a point on which the team will work hard to improve, after all Rome wasn't built in a day.I look forward to visiting Cosà Com'é soon again to see the progress the guys have made and enjoy some delicious food.PS: haven't had lunch there personally but their daily set menus look yummyHi!Thank you so much for your visit and indeed for your accurate review. As you said, unfortunately some teething problems are inevitable starting a brand new restaurant with all new staff, but we are working hard daily for improving the costumer experience we provide, specifically about the waiting times and order of service. However, we think you'll find huge improvements already on your next visit :)Thank you so much again for your comments about the food we serve: we are proud of what we serve and we are sincerely happy we achieved such a result in a very short time (less then a month, after all!).We look forward to welcoming you again at "Cosi' Com'e'" anytime soon!Vaarwel!Cosi' Com'e' Team

This is a real tourist trap. We reserved based on the good reviews via the fork. When we arrived at 7.30 (early for the locals) we were placed inside in the very room at the back without regular windows, just top window and headlights. Atmosphere like in a garage. When we left, there were still tables outside available, so they could have placed us there and still managed late reservations. The service was poor, not well educated. As antipasto we ordered salad. Came in a bowl without plate. The pizza were ok. A big menu to choose from. The personnel take better care of the locals, as they come back. We will surely not.

Hopping over into Italy from Switzerland, we had been looking for a Restaurant with fair value to price ratio offering Pizzas. Asked locals in Malnate, they pointed us this way. This Restaurant fits the bill perfectly. Pizzas from EURO 6,50 to 8,00. Pizzas were perfect, wafer-thin bottom, straight from the oven, extremely quick service, more than two pages of choice just the pizzas. They have meat and fish as well, as seemingly also wine. Did not try any.Comfortable atmosphere, not low-class, white table-linnen, linnen napkins, upper-class context.Very polite service. Drinks not that cheap, a can of Fanta costs EURO 2,50, but the overall experience was worth it.Note: This restaurant seemingly does not usually cater to tourists. We did only note Italian guests, no foreigners, apart from us, of course (German expats living in Switzerland). The staff thus only spoke Italian and Spanish, but communication with hand and " feet" and a smattering of Italian and Spanish was absolutely sufficient. Suggest that male members of your party come with long pants if in the evening, other guests were not casually dressed. Seems they take credit cards, we paid cash.
