Ordered delivery and was very happy! I particularly like the ability to order half and half as it saves having to order two pizzas.We ordered on line and the process was quick and easy. The pizzas were delivered very quickly and were pipping hot.

Visited with family for lunch. All you can eat buffet was poorly stocked with pizza, I appreciate itâs the school holidays but you know you are going to be busy surely. Worst spaghetti Bolognaâs ever , watery with no flavour. I declined to pay for this and was told in a patronising tone this is what is always like!!!! However as a good will gesture they did take it of the over inflated bill. Will only ever use the take out service again, absolute disgrace.

phoned for delivery at 5:30pm for a 7:00pm delivery by 7:20pm order was not delivered so i rang up to be told it would be leaving the shop in 5mins... eeerr i ordered this at 5:30 so an hour and a half to prep and deliver was ample time.. was offered a reduction of the price and told it would be straight with us. 25mins later it arrived to find the order wasnt correct and the chicken kebab boxes full of grease.. thanks Mr kebab 2 crying kids and greasy sh*$ty kebabs.. wont be using them again.

Do not partner with people whom can't deliver. Yes delivery may supposedly be out of your hands but not if you choose a delivery partner properly. Due diligence carried out on partners (if done properly) typically works well and is or should be market practice....We had to pre-order, yet more than an hour after delivery was meant to occur we have no timescale and deliveroo themselves suggest cancelling ( btw we have to wait 3 working days to get our refund which luckily we can afford to do, others may not be in a position to do so). Great when it's 8.45 and you're getting up at the crack of dawn to go on holiday and you have no food with starving kids.Please provide feedback to your head office whom make such uninformed decisions

Very disapointed. Food was average. Had to want for drinks for a hour.Then not all drinks arrived together. One drinks being a peroni was told barrel had to be changed wont be long 45 minutes later server come over said sorry having trouble with barrel. Can offer you a bottle peroni on the house.why ever didt she do this to start with.then our other guest waited ful hour for milk shakes. Then we was waiting for something else.i wouldnt mine but there was our take of 7. Another two tables, it was madness. We wont be going there never again. If i owed the place i would sack all the staff & get staff that know what they doing

Dont bother wsting your money here goto Nandos or Bills.Food is overcooked bone dry piri piri piri chicken with the most boring handful of rocket chucked on a plate with no dressing or any other salad items, Fries where luke warm and pretty stale and the whole dish needed a sauce but they forgot to put this on the plate. Mananger totally dissinterested when i raised to point with her.Will never eturn which is a shame as the Newmarket store was lovely...Try harder.

Visited Prezzo for dinner before a film. As always with Prezzo the food and service was excellent. It was a busy early evening on Saturday but you would not have known this with the service friendly, fast and tasty! This restaurant is made even better for accepting Tesco vouchers.
