First of all my boyfriend ordered 'plain egg noodles with bean sprouts' as we speak. When we got home with our take away it turned out there's a chicken in noodles! It would be fine if he wasn't vegetarian! So he phoned the place in and a guy on the phone told my boyfriend to pop back in. Seriously??? My boyfriend said he's not coming as we don't live in town centre and if they could send delivery instead (as that was their fault). Guy said ' I'm busy so call me in 10-15 min (really?) and I'll arrange delivery. So my boyfriend did call back and spoke with someone else but a second guy said 'no' to delivery-no apologies,completely nothing and in the end he hang up!!! I've never ever experienced such a disgusting customer service!

When we arrived we were told he had to clear the table which was in the darkest corner of Pizza Hut when I said that ok we'll sit over the other side was a larger table we were told they might need it for later so we agreed on another table . We waited for ten minutes for some one to take our order and ask if we would like a drink all the time we were referred to as guys . We waited and waited no sign of either drink or pizza it was not that busy , so we left and went some where else

You know what you're getting here. It's reliable if not spectacular. Service here was good - prompt and attentive - the food was as expected. The restaurant is relatively new, in a refurbished shopping centre that has a high concentration of eating places.

This will be our second order feom the Pizza Bakery and we couldnt be happier with the service we have received or the quality of the food delivered.Delivery was within timescale given and order arrived well packaged and hot. Chicken was very well recwived by is both and that along with the chicken dippers went down a treat. In fact we ate so much, that we couldnt move for quite some time after. Naughty I know, but delicious. Highly recommended from us. 5 stars all the way.

I have been eating here for many years and visited with some friends from the USAFood was good but it was embarrassing when my friend returned from using the facilities and had photographed the rusting toilet roll holder and the build up of dirt on the pipes and in the corner of the ladies toilet. I apologise for the condition of the toilet. I have already received a contract with the cleaning company this morning. Not an excuse, still my own fault . We are waiting for planning permission to renew our toilet facilities. Still not an excuse. I am dealing personally with the matter and I am sure, as youâve come many times, itâs always been ok. I am sure you can give us another opportunity ? Thank you for the pictures. Kind Regards Francesco Beni

Had a good selection of the menu, the Fuego Pizza was good, though a little lacking in cheese, crab and ham croquettes were tasty, though again a little small.What there was must have been good as i optied not to bother taking photos!

Walked in off the street and while they couldnt seat us immediately, place was hopping, we got sorted quickly. Food was fab, portions are massive, server was so nice and really helpul. Lovely spot and was perfect for our family meal after a long day out..price was fair and combined with a loyalty voucher from their website made it very reasonable. Would definetely go back!

We were 4 adults and 2 small children. Staff were friendly, and gave the children some activity sheets.We shared 2 large pizzas - Marguerita, and Pulled Pork. Both were very tasty. An enjoyable experience.
