It is approximately 75 km (47 mi) east of Toronto, and 15 km (9.3 mi) east of Oshawa along Highway 2. Bowmanville was first incorporated as a town in 1858, but later incorporated with the neighbouring townships of Clarke and Darlington in 1974 forming the Town of Newcastle, which was renamed in 1994 to the Municipality of Clarington. Recently visited the Longworth Ave location to pick up some pizza for a work function. Well after I ordered and paid and was waiting for the pizza I noticed that the order was incorrect, they had only listed 1 of the 2 toppings on a pizza. (it wasn't a complicated multi toping pizza with some toppings just on half etc.) Well the manager was quite rude and the charge to add on another topping was not very well explained and they would not give me a receipt showing the pizza that I paid for (keep in mind this was for work so a receipt was required). They were very unhelpful and I left feeling ripped off without a receipt that I needed so I'm out money. Pizza was good, but not good enough to make up for the poor service.

Pizza is always fresh and good. Wait isn't usually long if you get the pick up specials. Just don't call during busy hours as they don't answer, from our experience.

Domino's has a good thing going here. The staff are quick and always friendly. The pizza is always good. If you order online they even have a tracker that lets you know what is happening with your pizza and who is handling it. This is a good quick option.

We did a group order of Pizzas. We ordered meat lovers. They did not shy on the toppings. Prob the best pizza Iâve had in a while. Quality was much better than pizza pizza. More cheese than Iâm used to getting these days. We will order from here again.

We always got our pizza from Square Boy even before we moved to our present address, it was the best with no shortage of toppings. However after getting one recently we would never return. It is totally changed, the toppings are very sparse and the price is way too high for what you get. There are too many pizza places around and they obviously don't seem to care if you return even after I told them that their pizza was only a shadow of what it used to be.

Went with friends before going to a movie. Our server was excellent. Most of us ordered drinks and appetizers. Caesar salads were very dry. It was Like they were trying to save on dressing. Two of us asked for more and our server promptly brought us some. I ordered the French onion soup. I would not order it again. Feta cheese should never be in French onion soup. It was bitter and gave a weird sour taste to the soup. Just not very good. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. Garlic bread, bandera bread, pierogie pizza and calamari all looked delicious. Great place to go to before a movie. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Hi, there! We are glad to see that you enjoyed your visit! I came in with my family and ordered a large pizza with all the toppings. The service was awesome and the owner and his son are so friendly and welcoming. The pizza was the best pizza I've tried in all of Durham, all the ingredients and the dough are fresh! I didn't have to wait long at all and the value is amazing for the quality of the pizza and the service. Can't wait to order again!

We love Jrs Sourdough Pizza. Always hot and fresh on pick up or delivery. Lots of toppings. I find it very filling unlike many chain restaurant pizzas. We always recommend Jrs.
