Came here with a Groupon. Passed this place many times but never checked it out. Service was top notch and the food was pretty good. We would definitely recommend and will probably be back.

Pizza...It was excellentIt is thin crusted (not as thin as Star Tavern)and extremely well prepared. The atmosphere is relatively quiet and enjoyable. The availability of inexpensive wine by the glass was appreciated. It was a very full glass. We shall return!!!

We have ordered pizza from ZiZia's many times. It is fresh and delicious. The pizza is not really a thin crust, but it's very good. They also make amazing sandwiches....I love the grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. The only downside is that delivery takes a very long time. Pick up if you want your food right away

Though Ah Pizz is primarily known for its top notch pizzas, we happen to love their many salad choices and entrees as well. The pizza dough and varied standard and unusual topping options are great. We shared a pesto with crumbled sausage, a classic margarita pie and a special with puréed butternut squash. I love the eggplant Parmesan. The portion is large and super fresh. Pastas are also very good. Every month thereâs a large list of specials by category and in fact a salad with watermelon and feta cheese is one of my summer favorites. Itâs also byob which is terrific.

The food is excellent, hands down from what the group I was with said. I am Gluten Sensitive & at the time, this place was not accommodating so I had mussels and a salad Kindly sucks when you are with a group and they indulge & you have to split the bill. Ok - onto my review: The place is really SMALL & tables are too close together so if you like family style with people next to you - this is for you. THE NOISE FACTOR is nothing short of absolutely annoying. The night we were there the owner sang, great voice, however, with the place being packed and people talking it was truly a non-enjoyable night out. We could have done without his singing. Parking is on the street so prepare to walk on a Fri or Sat. There is a bakery connected to the restaurant which is really good. THE OWNER SHOULD INVEST IN SOME NOISE FILTERING products to put on the ceiling or walls to make this a more enjoyable dining experience. Also some GLUTEN FREE dishes would be encouraged since many people have this sensitivity especially when a person has a thyroid disease !!!

We celebrated my sisters getting her masters in nursing and had dinner here for about 12 people. Besides the challenges of finding parking, itâs very accessible. The server was very sweet and attentive and the overall atmosphere is casual and comfortable. We had our 4 year old and it was way past her bedtime, so we quickly ordered a margarita pizza. It was perfect for her and for us. We also shared the aracini. The pasta fishers were very generous in size and flavorful. Itâs BYOB which makes it more economical for large parties. Overall good good and great service for a crowd.

Give me a relaxed welcoming environment serving great food over a uptight fancy pants restaurant serving overpriced food every time. Star Pizzeria did not disappoint. Here I will say that it's everything that makes it great. The chill bar with lots of tables, tv's, locals, cheap beer, and good food. We ordered a plain and pepporni pizza. The pizza was crispy, cheesy, and tasty. It was good in a thin crust bar style pizza is good. Would I go back just for the pizza? Probably not but if someone wants good food, cheap drinks, and a casual atmosphere. Star Tavern is a great spot.
