We were 5 but opted to order only 4 dishes. The portions were big, so we all had our fill. Indeed, some of the pizza was unfinished because we were already full. The boscaiola pizza, ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, and seafood pasta were all delicious. The only ordinary dish was the dish of the day, roast chicken with vegetables and potatoes. Service was friendly and quick. We definitely enjoyed our meal.

This is a great place for all Ticino food. I went there often during business trips. My favorite there is pizza, especially with ruccola and prociutto crudo. Incredibly great! Also all kinds of pasta are great. Very large covered patio, parking behind building. Located on main road to Bellinzona/Gubiasco.

Went there because of the positive reviews but were disappointed. Pleasant service but average pizzas and really nothing special. A pizzeria among thousands of others that is certainly not worth a detour. Not bad either, just forgettable.

Good italian-style restaurant in a nice location in Bellinzona's surroundings, next to the mountain and the forest. In summer you can eat outside in a quite large and pleasant courtyard. Although you can enjoy whatever you like, from pastas to meats, from pizzas to seafood, this place is famous for rösties. Though, I didn't find them particularly good... Professional service and fair prices.

Arriving in Bellinzona in the evening and not much time on my hands, I did not have the opportunity to check out a lot of restaurants. The Locanda Ticinese was not a bad choice, I had an enormous pizza, a good salad, fine (swiss) dark beer, my special wishes concerning the pizza were followed - all at a reasonable price, not cheap, not expensive.Next time I would try to look further away from the center of town, though, because the next day I ate very differently, more typical ticinese stuff, for less, but this was up high in a mountain valley (Valle Morobbia).

A simple but nice restaurant with a diverse offer, from pizza to local dishes and a few more high-end products. Rather good value and quality. Service was efficient and the backyard terrace is nicely protected from the road. Do not expect high gastronomy but this is a very decent place for a pleasant meal.

Good pizza, we stop by at lunch time and it was very busy but they find a table for our large group, served us good pizza and everybody was very friendly.

We visited the restaurant for lunch. I ordered a salad and my boyfriend went for a Pizza. Both were great! The Pizza was huge and richly decorated with fresh ingrediences made in a original Pizza Oven! It was delicious! The restaurant is very clean, inside you get this special Ticino Feeling and the space outside is huge. On weekends they also grill outside. Prices are really fair and the service is perfect, since the new owners are there (spring 2014).

Nothing really special neither on the menu (pizze, pasta,...) nor in the decorations for this central but slightly hidden place. However our dishes were quite good, portions were rather generous and service reasonably efficient. Not memorable but certainly nothing to complain about. The 4th bullet is deserved because of the extremely sweet prices.

The Restaurant Internazionale is pleased to offer its guests a gastronomic journey through delicate dishes and Ticino proposals. During the year, the menu will be changed with every pass of season, always offering fresh and local products.
Initially we intended to go to the neighbour restaurant, but they didn't serve lunch, so they sent us here. The options for lunch are pizza and pasta. My hb opted for pasta, I ordered pizza. It had artichokes which I cannot stand so I asked to replace them with olives or mushrooms.Food was average, no wow-effect. Would like to go there for dinner. Probably, it would be better.
