It lies in the district Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim, west of Nuremberg. In the Holy Roman Empire, Windsheim held the rank of Imperial City (until 1802). Since 1810 Windsheim is part of Bavaria. In 1961, it became a spa town and has since been called "Bad Windsheim".

If you are looking for a good family owned Italian eatery when in town then look no further. I am always welcomed and treated special in this small resturante. The Italian dishes are excellent and they have a nice selection of German dishes also. One of my normal stops when in the area.

Waren mal wieder in Bad Windsheim zum Thermenbesuch.Da uns die ansässige Gastronomie rund um die Therme schon bekannt war, schlenderten wir durch die Gegend.Ein einfaches Essen am besten draussen (in einem Biergarten) sollte es sein.Wir fanden das Döbler Eck in einer Wohngegend in Bad Windsheim.Gegenüber steht ein seltsames pagodenähnliches Gebäude.Das Döbler-Eck hat einen Biergarten mit kleinem Brunnen und etwas Grünfläche.Obwohl mitten in der Wohnsiedlung an einer T-Kreuzung gelegen, ist es angenehm ruhig.Zur Speisenauswahl stehen Pizza, Nudeln, Schnitzel, Cordon-Bleu, Currywurst etc.Pizza wird auch geliefert (ja, auch ins Hotel, gut zu wissen !)Wir bestellten ein Cordon Bleu und eine Curry-Wurst.Natürlich auch, ja wir sind in einem Biergarten, ein Bier.Cordon-Bleu phänomenal, Curry-Wurst absolut top und das Ganze zu einem günstigen Preis. Klare Empfehlung für einen Biergartenaufenthalt für Bad Windsheim !Wir kommen wieder !

This place treated us like family! The food was amazing they offered a menu in English - it was late on a Sunday and they stayed open to cook us dinner! It was so cheap we couldn't believe the prices and sizes of dinner see my pictures... Clean and friendly - highly recommended!
