Ci mettono passione per offrire un prodotto che nella sua semplicità richiede però alcuni punti fondamentali: Materia prima di qualità , lievitazione naturale, farina preparata e selezionata, giusta cottura in un forno ben areato che non lasci sul fondo della pizza residui e sentori di bruciato. A parte una "mozzarella" asciutta appositamente prodotta per la pizza che non mi ha soddisfatto appieno per il gusto, da frequentatore abituale delle migliori pizzerie di Napoli da molti anni, posso dirmi più che soddisfatto. Prezzi adeguati. Ambiente carino e ben arredato. Consigliato .

The place is not too big and when we went there it was pretty packed but the staff is kind, the service is relatively fast and the food is definitely worth a try. It's not the Italian typical pizza, more a "gourmet" type, but it is still really good.Prices, of course, are slightly higher than for ordinary pizzas. Thanks Jaderises for the nice review, there is a lot of work behind Ferment and we try to do it in the best way. Next time I suggest you try, if you will of course, also our hamburgers, even those of meat selected at Km 0 and condiments and homemade sauces. We wish you a good day.

Mi sono recato tre volte e ho sempre trovato una ottima qualità sia di carne che di pesce. Il personale è gentilissimo ed attento. Ottimo è stato anche il prezzo. Il locale non è grande e di sabato è consigliata la prenotazione.

Acqvaliri was recommended to me by family. I was pleased with the restaurant. Due to the large number of people on our table (11 people), we approved of the suggestion that several dishes were brought to share between us all. They served a selection of both starters (delicious prosciutto, ham, bread filled with cheese, etc.) and pizzas. They offered a wide range of impressive and well presented pizzas. The "birra artigiano" was splendid. The service was friendly and helpful.They kindly offered to box the remaining pizza for us to take home.The layout of tables was spacious enough and the value for money was fine. I believe there was a gallery exhibition attached. Cars can park on the roadside outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant meal and I would recommend it.

Non è facilissimo da trovare ma da qui si gode uno delle viste più belle sulla valle di Comino. Sosta ideale dopo una visita ad Arpino. Il posto lo definirei âessenzialeâ. La genuinità e lâautenticità regnano sovrane. Il piatto da provare sono le Sagne con fagioli in omaggio al non lontano Abruzzo che accarezzerete con lo sguardo se vi accomodate in terrazza. Del resto non ho un ricordo molto nitido. Il vino della casa non è allâaltezza del primo. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Pizza here is the proper âPizza Napoletanaâ made with excellent ingredients. Lovely location, especially in summer, just in front of the water fall. The only downside is the waiting time because they donât accept reservations, we had to wait for 2 hours

We have eaten at Adrianoâs on many occasions and the food is always excellent. Basic Italian fare cooked well. I had stuffed courgette flowers to start and then a pizza Margarita. The pizzas are enormous so only have a small starter. The bill for 3 of us including a carafe of wine was 38 euros. Great value. Hi Gemma, thank you for your valuation and beautiful words. I LOVED THIS PLACE!My friend and I went there for breakfast: the atmosphere is cozy and embracing, the choice of desserts (and tea) is amazing and the waitress was really kind and smiling. Lots of people were to take away typical food (as lasagne and cannelloni) for Christmas so I guess they must be tasty as well. However, the place is usually open during festive days for lunch and/or dinner.

It is "a hole in the wall" and the interiors are very basic (genuine?) but the pizzas are GREAT! Compared to Naples over-rated pizzas and the ones in posh places in Rome these pizzas are so superior! Also other good food, friendly service and a rather ok house wine!
