Simply unbelievably good pizza, the best in town by far for sure. Hand-rolled thin and crispy bases, homemade sauces, fresh, premium ingredients, wood fired oven, everything you could want in a pizza. Barker & Smith specialize in genuine, Italian style pizzas and you'll find everything from classics like the Margherita and the Regina through to more exotic pizzas such as the Butter Chicken or the Pulled Pork. Once you've tried Barker & Smith, you'll never go anywhere else for pizza.

Decided to have dinner here one night, had a craving for good pasta. Boy, oh boy was I disappointed. I ordered the chicken milano, pasta was over cooked, pasta sauce was clearly a packet mix and there we just big chunks of chicken on top (not strips) ... the whole presentation of the meal was off-putting and the taste did not make up for it. I only had a few bites of it but still had to pay for it and was told that's the way that dish is made, but at a cost of almost R120 for that pasta, definitely not worth a cent.We also order a carnivore pizza which was too salty to eat. We did speak to the manage who apologized and didn't charge us for the pizza however it did not make up for the terrible meals we had there.Dear yasodhee M,Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that this was your experience. That certainly doesn't sound like the level of food quality we pride ourselves on. If you would like to discuss this further, please forward this on together with your contact details to [email protected] and we'll get in touch with you. Kind regardsPanarottis Family

Great to discover an Italian restaurant that could provide GF pasta & pizzas - wish I had found it earlier in my holiday.Food was tasty and reasonably priced.Staff warned me upfront that it would take a bit longer to provide GF pasta, but it was worth the wait.
