Good choice of pizzas (33 different ones listed on the takeaway menu), with generous amounts of topping including of the more expensive varieties. I particularly recommend the salmon and crème fraîche pizza, and the roquefort and chèvre pizza, great tasting pizzas - we (four adults) visited twice (for lunch) in our 2 weeks in Mejannes-le-Clap and had these (amongst others) on both visits. White pizzas also good, and a bit different.The salad on the fixed price menu is larger and more varied than French restaurant salads tend to be (ie there were colours other than green in it, namely red, orange and yellow).If you have any room left, try the tiramisu for desert.House wine very reasonably priced, and the pression (draft) lager comes in pints!You can eat outside on the veranda overlooking the town square, or inside where the walls are covered in a wide variety of interesting 1950s and 1960s memorabilia. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, many locals eating there. On our second visit two of the pizzas were slightly distorted in shape (but not in content), so the chef provided us with a freshly cooked takeaway pizza as "compensation" free of charge!

Je poste ce commentaire en tant que souvenir , car j'ai connu ce bar lorsque mes parents venaient voir des amis qui habitaient a quelques métres de l'établissement ..C'était dans les années 1960 , il y avait les joueurs de belote , et les boulistes dehors et des moments inoubliables dans le bar du Moulinet ..Nostalgie quand tu nous tiens .... !

Excellent pizzas, grills and salads in a beautiful setting. Watch the river and wildlife whilst you eat on a warm evening. Lovely!
