Fast food pizza place that doesnât understand the meaning of the word âfastâ. We were in the queue for ages and then the staff let others jump the queue. Took ages to get a pizza. Nightmare. I had the pizza with the green crust and it was really weird. I wouldnât recommend. Pizza needs love and attention. It shouldnât be fast. Dear Eva, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. All your experiences are very useful in order to improve day by day. Firstly, we would like to apologise for waiting time. We are Italians and we tried different pizzas everywhere. When we travelled to Alicante we were curious to try this place and we had also the luck to have our house just around the corner from this pizzeria. We tried the "Salsiccia e friarielli", the " Margherita", the "Parmigiana" and the "Pizza fritta".In all cases the level was top, for this type of pizza(Neapolitan style) but also in general, this is one of the best pizzeria we ever tried (in Italy and outside Italy). If we will come back to Alicante for sure we will return here several times again :).Un abbraccio e continuate così, bravi ragazzi.

- In Bocca Al Lupo is Alicante's freshest Italian restaurant located in the heart of the city center's old town. Making handmade pasta, pizza and other delicious dishes with the help of our traditional wood burning oven everyday. We pride ourselves in del
Weâve been here a few times but selfishly not reviewed because we wanted to keep it to ourselves. My wife and the owner are both Paisley folk, common bond there of course, but the atmosphere & standard of food is wonderful, recommend this restaurant without worry. All the staff are top notch, the food is beyond compare 100% good, go for it, youâll not be disappointed! A great team here, give yourselves a good hug, magic & well done.

Authentic Pizzeria Italo-American in the center of Alicante City. Decorated in the style of the 40s and 50s in Italy evokes the port of Rome. The jazz and swing music will accompany your stay.
This restaurant was one of our favourites when we wintered here two years ago and we were pleased and relieved to love it just as much under new ownership. The menu is pretty much as we remember it, the prices are reasonable, and the owner and server were welcoming. And yes, the food is still delicious. We were three adults and a child and every meal was excellent. We will look forward to returning in April when we spend another month in Alicante, after further travel in March.

Nice place ang the Best pizza in the Down Town. Try the Flavia or Burrata. all our ingredients are fresh and the flavors amazing. Come join this gastronomic experience.
My partner and I were met with a young man who seemed disinterested and not too enthusiastic about serving us. We ordered the caprese pizza and spinach tortellini with two cocktails. The cocktails arrived with the food which took about 20 minutes to come. The spinach tortellini was smothered in a cream cheese sauce to make up for the very plain and unsatisfactory dish. This was accompanied by small rations of onions which did not do the meal any favours. The pizza was clearly oven-cooked from frozen, which was overridden with mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto in order to attempt to create a fresh feel to the pizza. This was hugely disappointing, given the great reviews the restaurant had on tripadvisor. On a plus side, the waitress was very friendly and welcoming and the cocktails were very big and good value for money. Food wise - I wouldnât return and I hoped for better. Good morning MrsHobbs96, First of all, thanks for your comment. We want to apologize from the whole team that formed La Casa de la Pizza in Alicante for your bad experience, however comment that we always take note of all the suggestions made by our customers to improve day to day and offer a perfect experience. We hope your opinion changes and reconsiders coming to our pizzeria, we will be happy to assist you.Kind regards,

We visited Alicante during massive storms, so didnât get to see as much as we would have liked. We braved the heavy rain to walk around the marina to this restaurant, having seen reviews on trip advisor, and it was definitely worth getting wet!All other restaurants around the marina were fairly quiet due to the weather, but this was very busy, with a couple of large parties in. We were seated towards the front, on what would normally be the âoutdoorâ area. Due to the weather the roof was on and the doors were closed, it was a lovely atmosphere. Our food arrived and was gorgeous, with the added bonus of being served by friendly and attentive staff. In between serving they were having to mop up due to the rain coming in, which strangely added to the evening! I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant during a visit to Alicante, definitely the best food we had whilst there.

Very chaotic. We went here because of the good score on TripAdvisor, but this cannot be true...We had a good pizza, but all the rest went wrong. There are a lot of better restaurants to visit. This restaurant does not belong in the top 10...
