30 kinds of pizza dough with long fermentation (36-60 hours) with yeast and soft and hard wheat flour make high-quality fragrant pizza, tasty and easy to digest. First-quality ingredients and careful selection of raw materials give the dell'Arcova pizza a
Loved the pizza! They always have such a variety of pizzas as well. The size of the slices are well portioned, so you can have 2-3 different slices if you want. Also, try the pizza with the potatoes on it! It's great!

We came upon this restaurant after walking around Alcamo for a while, looking for someplace to eat. Salsapariglia has a large dining room, attentive staff, and excellent food. I was hoping to have couscous on our trip to Sicily, and I was not disappointed by the preparation here. There were very few other diners, but it was early (by Italian standards). We would definitely return.

I cannot begin to describe the amazing feast presented to me and my family. What a great little place in a great location. We were in the city during a festival and saw this place. The staff is very friendly and the owner speaks English, which was helpful for us. We ordered some pizza's a salad and a few beverages. The order came out quickly, food was outstanding. They talked to us about ordering a hot pizza and a cold pizza, both were very good. The owners gave us a few tips on local things to see and the history of the festival that was going on. We were very pleased with the experience and happy that we found this place during our trip. Highly recommended!Grazie mille

The first pizza restaurant opened in Alcamo way back in 1968.
I've been around Alcamo for 2 weeks and I've been eating around restaurants and pizza places. Here, in Fiore I've been already 3 times, amazing and fresh ingredients, very delicious pizzas, nice as the italian tradition wants. Service is attentive and the manager is always around to check that everything runs smoothly. I truly reccomend this place. Absoluteky excellent Italian food!

Excellent find for excellent food when sightseeing in the area. Service is so friendly and attentive. A few car parking spaces available. Good menu choices. Food - my husband had the chicken curry and rice and I had a pizza. Nicest meal of our holiday by far. Drink prices and food prices very good for the quality. Decor and ambiance of restaurant is really cosy. Would recommend to others for sure!

Great little family restaurant on a small side street covered in umbrellas just of the main street in Alcamo. We had Tagletteli Ragu and linguini Carbarnara which were both excellent in flavor. Only comment is that it was a bit dry. Both could have used more sauce. We then split a Pizza which was again very good. Not New York City good, but very close. One of the best we had in Sicily!!
