The food is really good, service works well and prices are reasonable for the quality of the menu. Very authentic chef.

Small humble place, but the experience is an absolute win! Away from the noise of the Plaza Mayor, served by Don Manuel the main chef owner and master mind, a fantastic experience with the Tacu Tacu with seafood and Jalea de Mariscos. If you want a good Peruvian experience come here.

I love peruvian food but what we got at this restaurant was a mix of left-overs with so so service. Peruvian cuisine is the best in south america by far so if you want to try peruvian food for the first time avoid this restaurant. Just go to Bogota and try any of the Peruvian restaurants in Chapinero like Astrid and Gaston, Antara eventhout Raphael is better than this one. As soonest I arrived at the restaurant I ordered "lomo saltado" but they didn't have any meatâ¦.right at that moment I didn't want to eat there so I told the Chef I come back tomorrow when you have meat" but my girlfriend keep insisting to stay so I said ok. My girlfriend ordered a Ceviche and it was just bunch of onions with no so fresh (by the way it was 7:30pm and the only table) the chef recommended to get "Arroz chaufa de pollo" it took exactly 3 1/2 minutes after pouring the beers to come up with the food. The presentation was terrible. Also you could tell that the rice was cooked at least the day before. We basically didn't eat any of the food. We left 20 minutes later. They have a credit cards service but they don't use to avoid the 3-5% charge from the credit cards. I took the food to go and I gave it to one of the street dogs of Villa de Leyva. My girlfriend was so disappointed by food and the service.
