They don't have any inside seating but have an area covered and plastic sheets for walls and some space heaters. It was not uncomfortable even though outside was cold. Their food is good and their vegetable soup very warming on a cold lunch time. Been there before and was glad to go back

Trattoria San Martino proposes a series of Lake Garda's tradition inspired dishes, with a bit of creativity and amusement. Playing with the local products with imagination and authenticity, our cuisine will give you such a good time to remember. Closed fo
Iâm disappointed that we only found this gem late in our stay in Gargnano. Known universally as The Three Geese, it is a delight. Excellent food (try the Risotto with prawns and lemon), friendly service, great decor, attention to detail, wonderful pacing of courses. A total pleasure.

By coincident we discovered the Brasa canyon, amazing. And almost at the end we found this restaurant. A small creek, a little playground and space enough also for bigger groups. Service was friendly, food good - so everything fine for a little lunch break.

This was our first visit to the beautiful town of Malcesine on Lake Garda, so we looked up restaurants on Tripadvisor and the reviews for Vidoc stood out.It was difficult to find out why.Friendly knowledgeable staff made choosing our courses very easy, then when the food arrived it surpassed our expectations. First we had one of the delicious sharing platters with a carafe of Prosecco, followed by one of the nicest steaks weâve ever had anywhere. It was the size of a T bone and only cost â¬20.When I saw ice cream with balsamic vinegar on the dessert menu, I just had to try it and it was a true delight. One of the other surprises which delighted me was the fact that they sell Amarone by the glass! If youâre visiting Malcesine then a visit to Vidoc is a must if you enjoy and appreciate the fact that their produce is sourced locally and cooked with love.Thank you, we will return.

We drove up for lunch on a beautiful day. We had the Alpine platter starter, a selection of beautiful meats and cheeses with a cheese polenta in the middle which was just delicious. We then had tortellone with truffles and Alpine cheese and it was the best pasta we have ever eaten. Quite simply terrific! The shop opposite has a very wide range of goods but unfortunately we're flying and don't have room to stock up. Don't miss eating here if you're in the area. It really is an experience.

This place is listed as vegetarian friendly, however I wouldn't say that only offering one potential main course option was overly friendly (unless you can convince the person you're with to also have the veggie risotto, as this dish needs a minimum of two orders for them to make it). However, saying that, there were a few veggie starter options, and the one veggie main that they did offer (pasta in creamy truffle sauce) was really nice. I also opted for the salad for starter, which came with really tasty chunks of cheese. All in all, throughout the entire week at Lake Garda, we were disappointed that we didn't have any amazing dishes, but this was one of the best, and certainly the best we had in Gardola (where we ate most evenings).
