One of our favorite quiet dining locations. Wonderful garden terrace and the kids can play in another part of the garden. Waiters are not always alert. We especially love 4 dishes: their tagliatelli with duck sauce, veal stew, home made sausages from grill and tiramisu. Coperto is a bit expensive at 2,50 Euro.

The restaurant is extremely well and tastefully furnished and there's room between the tables which is always a bonus. My husband adored the food, I was less enthusiastic as some of the combinations were a bit too particular for me, especially the bigoli which I had to give to him. I found them hard and quite rubbery and the taste of lemon was just too strong, instead I had hoped for something more subtle. The baccala however was very nice as was asparagus flan for starter, but the portion was rather reduced. There's a nice selection of breads and bread sticks which is to be appreciated. The prices are medium/high but correct for the context and the staff were young but efficient.

We go here every year for eating branzino alla griglia and drinking local white wine in the nice atmosphere of Desenzano's laguna. Though it is always very crowded, service is always friendly and good, too. Also the pizza here is recommendable. It's a nice rural place with a resturant where you can eat delicious Italian food ( some is home made and home grown ) and drink very good home vine. They have also a big wine Cellar. I recommend the food and wine there at most - it's simply delicious! The rooms are also nice with air condition and heating, they have private pool so that in the summer you can enjoy at the private "beach". I definitely recommend it.

Overall the food in this restaurant was better than the others we visited. Not outstanding but very enjoyable and I would go back. Not the biggest place but this was quite refreshing compared to some restaurants built to serve volume. Get there a bit early to get a table

We went to Taver as a group of 5 adults and 2 children.As we approached the restaurant there were apperitives on offer outside (Prosecco, Rose and soft drinks) plus snacks / veg kebabs, olives, cheese.Once inside we were greeted with big smiles, shown to a lovely table where we could watch the children play in the dedicated playground and then proceeded to indulge in five courses of delicious food and wine. This has fast become a family favourite and we will certainly return.

There is a lot more variety here than most Desenzano restaurants. Service very personal and friendly in a low key nice way. Food superb....try the prawns or the sea bass, pasta and burger looked good too. House white wine the best we've had here. Overall our favourite restaurant in the area and reasonably priced.

This restaurant is in the centre of Desenzano, a little hidden because it lays in an alley. Very good Italian food (lot of locals come here), friendly personal and not very expensive. We really loved it and are surprised nobody has written about it before

Maybe I misread the menu, but it wasnât quite what I was expecting.I had the mixed fish grill. I was expecting fried calamari, fried prawns, fried scampi (which I thought was a typo because that IS fried prawns) and Seabass.What I got was 2 boiled squid (body and legs) what Iâd call shrimp rather than prawns (theyâre bigger and you have to peel away the exoskeleton, head and tail) what I read as scampi was in reality scampo (I had to look this up and it is a kind of shrimp/lobster creature) and a fillet of Seabass (at least there was one thing here that I had expected to get)I donât like to make a fuss in a restaurant so decided to give everything a try.I like calamari, so figured the squid are just that without the batter.I have eaten shrimp before and enjoy them (I just donât eat them often because I believe taking them apart should be a chefs job, not the customers) and I ate the scampo because itâs basically the same thing just bigger.The Seabass was as every other review Iâve read here, deliciousâMaybe Iâd have been happier with the Seabass with baked potatoes? Live and learnSorry gentleman...But I don't know if You are taking joke of me or if You are really serious.You also took the picture of menu... Do you really don't know the difference about FRIED and GRILL???

Found the restaurant via Tripadvisor. 4* rating. Photo's of this restaurant looked very good. Only 10 minutes drive from Corte Ferrari Resort. Kids are welcome. Food and wines were really fantastic! Chapeau!! We will come back next year.
