I've been to this restaurant once or twice while touring the area and it is a fairly typical local Italian restaurant. Nothing fancy, simple regional food served in ample portions. I'm not sure why, but there have been flies buzzing around the tables during my visits - probably just because of the location by a lake rather than anything else - but it is annoying being buzzed at the whole time by a squadron of houseflies. Food-wise most things are simple with plenty of pasta and meat. I would not have the pollo frito again as it contained numerous small bones inside the batter which was a nasty surprise when taking a bite. The ribollita is good, as is the tortellone burrata. Overall OK, just go with realistic expectations.

Locale a conduzione familiare. Ottima la qualitÃ del cibo: antipasti di salumi del territorio gustosi, con un uova di quaglia, accompagnati da una focaccia al forno con sopra un ottimo olio toscano; tortelloni di ricotta di una azienda lÃ¬ vicino; tagliata ai funghi porcini molto tenera. Prezzo nella media. Personale gentile e non invadente, ci hanno consigliato su cosa prendere di tipico. Non avevamo prenotato, siamo arrivati presto verso le ore 19.30, c'era posto, ma dopo un'oretta circa si Ã¨ riempito.
