If you are in the mountains and for certain reasons not able to walk far and climb to higher places, this is an ideal destination. Excellent views, nice garden to eat outside (also in tyhe shadow). Typical local food, I was impressed by the wines, the kind and quick and professional service and the atmosohere in general. You can park the car in front - we used this restaurant with a wheel chair, very convenient.

Posto sulla verde collina situata all'inizio del paese, ha tutto per godersi comodamente un soggiorno sulle Dolomiti : ristorante, sala da tea e bar, parcheggio, panorama mozzafiato dalle camere ampie, pulite e ben arredate. Prezzi in alta stagione (agosto) competitivi : camera doppia con bagno e panoramica + mezza pensione (colazione e cena con piatto tipici ) = 75 ⬠a persona.Personale cortese e disponibile. Chissà bello con la neve !

I am 100% satisfied!!!:-) My two nights stay was just perfect.The main reason to go to the rif.Chiggiato was to have a good hike, and I did a fantastic one with breathtaking view, special thanks for that recommendation to the rifugio!!! Bit not only hiking, I got much more I supposed to have. Communication!!! Family is nice, so friendly and very helpful, Omar speaks good English and it was a pleasure to find a sincere companion to discuss a lot of topics, not only about mountains :-) FOOD!!! :-) I am the person which loves good food and always tries to find high quality of gastronomical experience, it was so nice surprise to have as high at mountains such a good prepared, rich in the taste local specialities! Both of the dinner was perfect for me! Panorama... Beautiful location of the rifugio lets you enjoy each minute of the best view around!I am happy about my right choice to stay at the rif. Chiggiato! Hope to be back one day.Thanks again!!!!
