Started with a deep fried blue cheese amuse-bouche, was very nice but too strong a flavour to start a meal with.Entree was the garlic, chilli prawns with potato gnocchi, parmesan & garlic/ chilli butter. This was very good and I highly recommend it.For main I had the tarakihi, the fish was marginally over, but still good, with a number of small accompaniments. I tried the pork belly and venison and both were very well cooked.Rhubarb panna cotta for dessert, it was all great, especially the sorbet, but the panna cotta was verging on rubbery and detracted from the dish.Service was pleasant, but several times our drinks were empty, but staff busy elsewhere.

Boundary Tap & Kitchen, Raumati Beach Our Gastropub open 7 days a week all year round, has recently undergone a refurbishment of our venue and look forward to introducing the changes to you⦠First and for most we are a pub, providing a hub for the local a
We went here for Sunday lunch and it was great. We had young children with us so sat in the âkids areaâ which has a good selection of toys for little ones. They normally have a bouncy castle up outside on a Sunday but the staff advised us it was not up as it was forecast to rain. The menu had a great selection of food and the service was friendly and very helpful. Kids meals were a generous size as were the adult meals. Being a local I will be visiting again.

'A family friendly bistro with a Celtic twist. Come along and enjoy our extensive range of beers, wines and quality food - we look forward to welcoming you!'
Great service, great food and great atmosphere. We had brunch at Reddins and were delighted to discover this treasure in Raumati. The service was friendly, timely and the young man who served us was knowledgeable about the local area. Thanks Reddins for the great start to our day, we will definitely be back.

Absolute beach front location, sunsets, live music, range of authentic Sicilian-style pizza to fine-dining quality food, well groomed wine list, NZ craft beers on tap including our very own Sacred Water Pilsner and Waimea Ginger Beer. Relaxed friendly env
A fantastic spot for a cocktail and great options for light meals - pizza options always great.Unfortunately the restaurant is transforming into a Mexican style restaurant after 7 years.... so this great experience will change into another. Hope itâs just as good with such an awesome location

This little cafe/bar/restaurant is hidden away on its own in Raumati South, a block or so from the beach. It must have a following as we saw the venue had hosted the great Paul Ubana Jones singing and playing guitar the previous two nights. We were there for a simple but tasty lunch of the vegan burger and the crumbed fish and chips. If you are in Raumati, then it is worth detouring to Raumati South ...

Welcome one and all to the Water Front Bar Raumati. Beach front dinning and drinking at its best.Eat. Drink. Beach
Had lunch there today. Seasoned wedges to share which were hot and dressed with bacon and cheese. 2 small starters of salt and chilli squid. Four finger sized portions and approx 6 leaves of rocket. 2 cocktails and $72 later. Not impressed. Fish and chips would have been better.

So nice to be able to order a meal and know that there is no sneaky sugar, flour or other thickeners thrown in unexpectedly. And super exciting to be able to have a sweet treat. Looking forward to trying some more of the keto slices/cakes.

Modern New Zealand cuisine with a global twist in the heart of the Kapiti Coast. â50-50 is what happens when you combine the freshest local produce with a local dining experience.
Since it opened, Iâve been recommended 50-50 by many but had so far failed to get in the door. I was invited to a friendâs birthday celebration so at last had my chance to see, taste, hear what all the fuss was about. As a group we opted for starters and mains as opposed to the 6/9/12 course option. Both courses presented a really great mix of complimentary flavours and, particularly with my starter, a combination I thought pushed the envelope. The service from both Eddy and his colleague was excellent. The dishes that Helen creates in the open kitchen are both beautifully presented and equally tasty. Thanks for helping us have a great evening.Iâll be back to try out the 6/9/12 course soon!Hi Leslie R, weâre glad your visit to 50-50 was worth the wait. Thanks for your thoughts and glad you enjoyed meeting Alex and Eddy. We look forward to hosting you for the course menu next time. See you soon, Helen

Busy Sunday, but we found a table for the five of us. Good childrenâs menu- the younger ones enjoyed their bagels etc. The tropical smoothie was not sweet enough for our teenage grandson - but I enjoyed finishing it off. Coffee was good.
