Near the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinneret)
Came here after visiting a holy site with a tour group. I have no complaints. The staff were good, food was also very nice. I have read some of the complaints on here and wonder why as it was ok to me. There was plenty to fill you and the rest of the tour group were happy with what they ate. I would come back.

Guy was recommended to me by our hotel concierge. We asked for recommendations from the owner/waiter/manager and he said the specialty was the stuffed vegetables. He put together a mixed plate of stuffed veggies for the two of us. The fresh veggies were stuffed with a savory beef filling and were all delicious: artichoke, cauliflower, tomato, squash and eggplant. There was fresh warm pita and nice side of olives and pickled carrots to go with it.It was a terrific meal and only 120 NIS for two people. The service was simple capable and not fussy.Highly recommended.

As others have noted, this place caters to touring pilgrims. We were there for the St. Peterâs Fish. It was good. But I would have preferred going back in the evening and ordering from the entire menu, which looked more interesting. Service is good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Israel's Kitchen.Crostini, leg of lamb surrounded by vegetables, fruits, and broth, followed by warm chocolate cake with ice cream & whipped cream--a true culinary delight and well worth the drive. If you are staying at the well-located guest house, be sure to try the kitchen. If you will be visiting the Sea of Galilee area, consider visiting Mount Arbel National Park, and stopping in at Israel's Kitchen (and chocolate shop). It's a delicious diversion!

May be the best meal so far in Israel, located in Mary Magdaleneâs hometown, at her namesake restaurant, on the Sea of Galilee. Four appetizers, no mains. accompanied by a great Golan Heights Sauvignon Blanc. The ambiance outside leaves so much to be desired but I had one of the best experiences when it came to service and the exceptional food!

This is a typical Israeli restaurant that serves grilled meat with many small and tasty salads and Iraqi pita bread. The food is tasty and good value for the price (I live in Israel and can compare this with other places). They give many many salads and they are filling so come with appetite.

This is a place where we definitely would go again. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is really nice and more than enough. The side dishes that are included in the main course are a nice surprise. We had a fantastic night out.

Our tour guide recommended this place and after researching it a bit, we went for it. Prices were very reasonable and service (up until we needed the bill) was exceptional. The waitress helped us pick the perfect amount of food, and we at it *all*. And we didn't need more... We had lamb kabobs, cigars, hummus plate, St. Peter's filet, and schnitzel (for the kids). This was a multi-generational seven-person party and it could not have gone better.Avi stopped by to say "hi" and to help my parents with their Israeli cash. Do bring cash--there was a discount (or a lack of a markup) for paying with cash instead of credit card.
