Al Quds falafel is known all over the kingdom for their 55 cent falafel sandwiches. Enjoy the experience of standing on the street and watching the staff fry your falafel fresh. Their sandwiches take a different twist than other shops because they use yeast bread rolls and then press them in a panini maker. Go and find out how yummy they are.

Great local atmosphere. Quick turnovers at the tables. No menus, vegetarian options only. Tables are covered in plastic, no utensils given. But the food was tasty and cheap!

Maybe I am used to a different kind of Lebanese or Arabic food so I didn't enjoy it that much.Food was okay, I have had way better hummus, better Sheesh Tawook, better grill in the past.Their sweets were really good though.Atmosphere is okay but smoking kills it. Service is good and they are eager to take care if your needs.

I found Habibah Sweets by way of the receptionist at the hotel. He wrote down the name and told me to keep walking till you see the "line". He wasn't not joking their was a line wrapped around the block for Kunnafeh (Cheesey, syrupy, crispy goodness on a dish). I waited in line for 45 minutes to get it. You get a choice of large or small serving which is basically half or full dinner dish serving. Since everyone in line was getting the large I ordered it too. It was one of the best things I have ever tasted (if you're into the salty and sweet combination). I could only eat half so I returned the following night to have it again except in the half serving. A lot of places are hit or miss but this place was a hit every time.

guests to make a homemade traditional arabic salad, mezza, main course and a dessert course arabic meal with the help of a local woman , then get to enjoy it on our balcony or indoors at our grandmothers house in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Amman
So the restaurant name means" Grandma's House". It was the grandma's house of the current restaurant owner. So she wanted to revive the place and teach people how to cook like her grandma used to do. I have tried this with some friends and business associates from different backgrounds and cooking experience. They walk with you step by step and they are very friendly with their guests. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan whether friends, couples, families. It is a fun place

Tammouz restaurant and cafe is representing the Arabic Syrian culture by serving typical food from this area, although you can also see the culture in the interior design of Tammouz. The name of the restaurant is founded in the Syrian god for fertility, w
This is low profile restaurant in Weibdeh, near Abu Mahjoub.I went there for breakfast. Indoors and outdoors seating available, we sat outside. I would say biggest added value of the place is its cosy seating area and friendliness of staff.Medium sized menu with many things to choose from. We tried the Tabbouleh, good but a bit on the small size and can use more parsley and less bulgar wheat. The fresh spicy mango dish was unique and refreshing. The local sausages were tasty and the Manakeesh were excellent. We had the white cheese one and the spinach cheese one, both baked very nicely and generously topped/stuffed.The water jugs infused with lemon and mint are a nice touch, until you realize they charge you for them!Good overall breakfast experience! Nothing is as authentically Lebanese as Bourj Al Hamam, a restaurant known throughout the region for fine Lebanese cuisine. Starters including Goatâs Cheese Salad, Hummus and Muhammara, and Lambâs Tongue Salad are too tempting to pass up, especially for t
Bourj Al Haman was a great restaurant. I visited twice during my two-day stay in Amman. The service was fantastic and prompt most of the time. I was amazed how quickly they refilled our plates with hot bread! The restaurant itself and the hotel were beautiful. The food was fantastic. They offered an extensive list of meze. Unfortunately I didn't try many but the few I ordered were delicious. The lamb dishes were also great. The price was very good for such a nice place. They gave discounts for IHG members at the moment which was really nice.I strongly recommend this restaurant.
