Sadly the first thing to mention, which has stayed with me longer than the memory of the food (which was nice!) and the restaurant itself which is huge but still pleasant, is the the memory of the terrible service, mainly by the maitre dit (head waiter), ibrahim, who was bossy impatient and on top of all unprofessional in handling the meal. Ãncelikle, Cevahir'i tercih ettiginiz için tesekkürlerimizi sunariz. Hizmetlerimizle ilgili genel memnuniyetiniz ve bu memnuniyetinizi motive edici bir Åekilde Trip Advisor sitesinde paylaÅmanız bizleri çok sevindirmiÅtir. We stayed at Sehrazat Konagi for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, TV and air condition works well. Bathroom is clean and modern. Room service was well enough. Breakfast is very good. Also we attended a traditional music night (Sira Gecesi) which is available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We really enjoyed the time we spent at Sehrazat Konagi. Special thanks to Mr. Osman and his team. These were the best times we had at Urfa centre.
