El Sultan became a weekly (or sometimes daily) stable for me when I was in Escondido. Their food is all fresh made, delicious and extremely affordable. They even have a small climbing wall and aerial silks for play next to the restaurant. Make sure you try the Falafel wrap (or two) along with a Coco Frio : )

Food never lasts long enough to take a photo the falafel kebab with salsa roja or verde is a delicious and wallet friendly. They have great beer specials (2 for 35 mxn). Boyfriend advised for those meat enthusiasts, chicken is seasoned well and tasty.

We, being vegans, were fortunate enough to have found Osa Mariposa while following their sign for fresh juice only a couple of blocks from the house we were staying. The vibe there was nice and friendly. The service was excellent â super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The food and juices were quite tasty as well.It is a little bit out of the way in terms of where you will find the majority of the restaurants, but it was perfect for us because it was just around the corner.
