Though my mahi-mahi kabob was not as tender/juicy as I thought it should be, the rice (both the white basami and Aghan) were very good and the people in my party (who got the chicken stew, vegetarian platter, and cauliflower challow) were quite pleased. (Note: the coating on the mahi-mahi is extremely spicy, but can easily be removed.) The black tea was mild but *very* good. The âpistachio mooseâ dessert (enough for two) was excellent. I think Iâll try the shrimp kabob next time. (The mantoo is well-reviewed, but I generally donât eat beef or lamb.)

Unique in fast food places when you want something different. Smother anything you get in the garlic sauce and it is a winner. I just wish it was a bit closer to home as I would eat here more often

I visited Orchid Cafe last night and will definitely return. This small store-front restaurant has a very wide menu encompassing all the favorites. We started with babaganoush which was excellent and a moussaka that was equally good. My grilled chicken thigh entree was so large I took over 1/2 home. It was paired with delicious long grain rice and a fresh salad. Service was friendly and parking was very accessible. I will return!
