I'm always impressed with restaurants that give you free appetizers. This one gave us pickled veggies and a lovely salad before we got our ordered carte. The hummus with olive oil and fresh parsley and warm pita bread was delicious. My mixed grill was good though a little tough. The spicy rice was good. My friends had snapper which was huge and they said it was delectable. However, the lamb shank that one other friend had did not meet her expectations. The waiters need to smile a little bit more. But the desserts made up for that!

What a great place. Had a hearty welcome at the door and were seated immediately for lunch. The Lunch menu had a great selection. Our server, Nas, mentioned several items for us to try and we went with some of his recommendations, and were NOT disappointed. We also learned that they have belly dancing shows on Wednesday, Friday and SaturdayThank you MrFitzIrish for taking the time to write your review! The server was friendly and helpful. She described all of the drink options available and answered questions about the menu. I ordred a dish with cheese added. They forgot to add it, she caught it and sent a smallbowl of cheese with the entree. She made sure I was not charged for the cheese. The food was fresh and flavorful. The baklava was a good dessert choice.

The restaurant is located in a very convenient location. We pass by and stop every other week. We like the food very much and we enjoyed the environment in the restaurant. Specially there is a mini convenient store attached to it. We order different plate every time we like to try everything. My recommendations is SULTANY plate, it is a combination of Koufa and Kabbab meat. Donât forgetter desserts... yes they are delicious. Enjoy

We were there for a late lunch and we started with the Eggplant Appetizer.It was served with thin pita pieces. Excellent. Not at all like Babaganoosh that we have had elsewhere, in other middle-eastern restaurants. It was a dip with very different spices.My friend had the Chicken with Cherries. WOW! The boneless chicken was cooked on skewers, but it was NOT dry at all. The chicken was seasoned but was fairly plain, but it was the juiciest chicken, made on skewers, that I have ever had. I would like to know how they do it. Her dish came with rice cooked with A LOT of cherries. So delicious!I had the Chicken with Pomegranate stew. It consisted of large pieces of boneless chicken in a pomegranate sauce with very finely chopped walnuts. Delicious. It came the a large side plate of rice.The portions in this restaurant were VERY generous and the QUALITY of all of the ingredients (especially the meat) was excellent.The atmosphere in the place is nice and the service was great. Wait staff was friendly and helpful when asked to assist in choosing dishes we were not familiar with.We have been to many middle-eastern restaurants before but we had never been to a 'Persian' restaurant. The food is somewhat different and they cook with more fruits in their dishes. A wonderful change.I would recommend this restaurant highly and will certainly be going back there when I can. I look forward to trying their grilled meats (gyro, etc.).

Food here is good - better than average. Portions are very large. We started with mixed appetizer platter. Hummus, babaganoush, grape leaves and other items. All tasty and nicely prepared. I ordered rice and lentils with fried onions - I liked it very much but you have to like lentils - it was a little greasy. My husband had a salad that was chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and it was delicious. Son ordered salmon, also very good, but took forever to come to the table - at least 10 minutes after our meals. The restaurant is large, looks a little run down, but fine. The server was very nice, but again, food came out very slowly and there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant.
