Reviews on Middle Eastern food in Giza, Giza Governorate, Egypt. Spot a tourist in New York, and chances are you can’t be sure exactly why they’re in town. Broadway? Shopping? A quest to find the world’s best bagel? It’s anyone’s guess. At Giza, though, it’s pretty simple—travelers come here to see the Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. (Editor's note: Our list was compiled before political unrest prompted many countries to issue travel warnings for Egypt. If you're currently planning a trip to Egypt, please consider the risks and monitor your government's travel alerts.)

Step into the magnificent 18th century Cairo, with all its grandeur etched on the walls of Zitouni restaurant, at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. With interior décor inspired by Fatimid Cairo and large windows overlooking an endless panoramic view

After strolling the bazaar we stopped here for a true Egyptian meal. More than enough food served by very friendly staff. Take as much time to enjoy and relax in the air conditioning. Unique meals include pita with many sauces along with beef, chicken kebabs and a beef sausage. Dessert was good as well.

Excusite Lebanese Food in Oriental Setting. Truly a Feast for the Eyes and the Taste buds!
It all started superbly. The bread was fresh, soft and warm and the hummus superb, the kofte light and bursting, the vine leaves delicate and sharp, but the grilled meat was a disappointment â chewy and a little overdone. The atmosphere's good though and, if you can decipher an largely impenetrable wine list, the booze is fine.

The Night & Day is buffet dining a la minute at its finest. Chefs wait at their cooking stations to prepare fusion fare to order. The Asian station offers dim sum and Sushi, wok and Teppanyaki specialities, the grill station is where you'll go for Orienta

Casual, contemporary, all-day dining, featuring a kitchen theater with a wide selection of international and local favorites with the best Friday brunch in town.
Whenever I go to the Ritz Carlton I take my breakfast at Culina. It has a wide variety of tasty Egyptian and International food. The chefs are really professional in preparing the Egyptian traditional food like fool mudamas, falafel, fetir and others. The smiling chef at the egg station would prepare the best omelette ever. The staff are really helpful and would like to help and support especially Chef Sameh ElSayed who guided me through all the stations. Chef Sameh prepared for me a tasty foul mudamas plate with fresh oven bread that was really different. Culina is a place that you will really enjoy the food and get a very good serviceDear IhabTheTraveller,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am happy to know you always enjoy your breakfast at Culina. I will personally send your kind note to Chef Sameh. We look forward to welcome you always to the hotel and to Culina.Kindest regards,

This restaurant consists of 3 floors and has no branches. It is located on Champollion Road along with spare partsâ shops. You don't have to bother about a menu! The restaurant offers only one dish âKosharyâ. Drinks are either Pepsi Cola or 7up or water. Desert is either a rice pudding or strawberry Jell-O.

The restaurant was selected by our tour company and there had been a set menu pre-arranged. We asked instead for Koshari - a national specialty - with spaghetti, macaroni, lentils, chick peas, tomato sauce and fried onions. It was delicious. The manager was very accommodating as well as entertaining - what with putting on head dresses and his coffee cup trick. A very enjoyable lunch.

Sabaya may be rooted in Lebanese tradition, but Chef Walid Bazl is willing to branch out with contemporary flair. Mezzas are the magic of the menu, with hot and cold options including Kebbe Nayye, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Hommow Bil Awarma, Makanik and Cheese
A wonderful restaurant at Intercontinental Hotel. A peaceful retreat away from the hyper-active Cairo. The food is traditional Lebanese of excellent quality and variety.
