Restaurant of Franco-Persian specialties prepared with fresh products and all being homemade.
A lovely gem of French-Persian food that is not too expensive. One of the unique features is that they don't have a set menu, they use whatever is fresh that day. The service is friendly and attentive, although waiting times may be a little longer due to fresh preparation. So worth the wait. Hello Linda W. Many thanks for taking the time to give us your appreciation. As you so rightly point out, we prepare each day with everything fresh and according to our inspiration and what we find ! Glad you found our "gem" worth the visit and as for the wait, we have taken on another waiter to speed up the service.Merci encore et à très bientôt de vous revoir aux 1001 Nuits.

I've travelled Morocco many time and have enjoyed the food on offer both in restaurants and from market vendors, 'street food' to some. As such, I'm familiar with authentic cuisine and only on rare occasions, outside of the country has it met my expectations.Comprehensive vegetarian options are availableHappily the provender at L'atlas is another example of excellent Berber refection. The ambiance of the establishment is also worthy of note â but diners beware of the comfortable looking couches â they make eating from the table an interesting exercise. There is a large outside dining area for when the weather is benign, people watchers will be entertained, otherwise the interior is sumptuous and very Moroccan.Well worth a visit.
Simple et complet la viande est bonne, le pain aussi. Un peu dâattente car beaucoup de monde. Qualité/Prix: Pas mieux dans les environs de Foix.
