Reviews on Middle Eastern food in Cordoba, Province of Cordoba, Spain. Córdoba was once the premier city of the Western World, the greatest metropolis west of Constantinople, and the seat of Europe’s first university. Today, there’s a modern commercial center, but most travelers love strolling the town’s ancient cobblestone streets, peeking through gates for glimpses of lush flowers and beautiful tiled fountains.

Visited this restaurant based on its number 1 rating, and were not disappointed at all. The coziness of the place is enjoyable as it provides more personalized feeling. The food was really delicious and the portion sizes were filling. The restaurant is managed by a Syrian couple, where the husband manages the order & delivery while the wife prepares the food. The person is super friendly and interacts whit a smile on his face!! There is a sitting space for 6 people inside, and 4 people outside the shop.

Good place to sample slightly different flavors to Spainish ones. Lots of North African foods are available, from mezze, to lamb and sweet traits. Friendly owner does speak English and heâs very helpful when it comes to choosing your food. Prices are not the in the middle of the spectrum.

Restaurante árabe en el centro de Córdoba. Comida halal, saludable, de gran calidad. Especialidades en té y café. Comida vegetariana
We passed by this restaurant whilst exploring the streets near the Mesquita and the menu looked interesting. We booked for that evening and had a nice and inexpensive meal. We shared a mixed salad and I had the Falafel as a starter. This was well cooked and very tasty. I followed this up with a really moist and tasty lamb stew. Another in the party had an equally delicious chicken stew. The third person had a fish dish which he enjoyed, followed by the hibiscus ice cream. The bill came to about 60 euros with soft drinks which we thought was excellent value for money.

We had one of the best meals at Casa Mazal. The food is terrific - very tasty, nicely presented and perfect size portions. The courtyard setting was cozy and perfect. The service was very warm and friendly. We were also treated to an exceptional guitarist. Altogether, it was one of the most enjoyable evenings and dinners we can remember.
